Materials and Methods: The study was quantitative, descriptive, correlational. The population is 50 hemodialyzed patients with a comprehensive health, the instruments used were the checklist for the two variables, it was evaluated with logistic regression models. Results: Through the analysis it was possible to determine the conditions of reuse of hepatitis infection, no significant relationships were found and in relation to hepatitis infection, 12% had HBV, 32% had HCV and 34% had at least one of these infections. In relation to the conditions of reuse, none of them are significantly related to the diagnosis of hepatitis B or C. Pyrogenic reactions are not associated with the diagnosis of hepatitis (p value = 0.914), which is also verified in the odd ratio equal to 0. .94 (0.29-3.03) which shows that there is no relationship since the confidence interval includes the value one. Evidence-Based Nutrition was used as a methodology. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 80% are of high quality as described below: 50% (n= 5/10) are meta-analysis, 20% (n= 2/10) systematic review, 10% ( n= 1/10) is a randomized controlled trial and 20% of moderate quality as described below: 20% (n= 2/10) cohort studies. They come from the countries of the United States (20%), England (20%), China (20%), Italy (10%), Norway (10%), New Zealand (10%) and Holland (10%). Results: Of the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) evidence concludes that the enhanced recovery program is more effective than conventional care in reducing hospital stay in colorectal surgery patients. Methodology: Systematic observational and retrospective review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the Jover evaluation to identify their degree of evidence. Results: in the final selection, 15 articles were chosen, most of which are of a quasi-experimental quantitative type where it is evident that laparoscopic surgery has multiple advantages in patient recovery. When small incisions are made, the patient's recovery is faster, there is less pain and the disability is shorter, they can resume their normal activities quickly, they can walk, go up and down stairs, leave their house, shortly after be intervened. Conclusions. Materials and Methods: The type of research was quantitative, the study design was a systematic review, the population was 23 articles and the sample was 10 articles published in the following databases: Scielo, Pubmed, Elvesier and Medline, using the GRADE system which evaluated the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation. Materials and methods: the research was quantitative, its design being a systematic review whose population was made up of 15 scientific articles having as a sample 10 studies that were published in different scientific databases: Mediciego, Sciencedirect, Scielo, Pubmed, Elsevier, Epistemónikos, Ebsco and for its analysis the grade method was used where the quality of evidence and the strength of recommendation was evaluated. Results: we have that of 100% of the scientific articles, 20% correspond to Chile, 10% Colombia, 10% USA, 10% Mexico, 10% Cuba, 10% Qatar, 10% Cyprus, 10% to the United Kingdom and finally 10% to China respectively. Regarding the study designs, we can mention that 70% correspond to retrospective, 10% meta-analysis, 10% prospective and 10% cohort respectively. The instrument will be used: the Inventory of Needs and Stressors of Family Members in Intensive Care (INEFCI) questionnaire, which is valid (0.74) and reliable (0.77) according to Spearman Brown. The instrument evaluates what the needs are according to four dimensions: Information, Security, Proximity/Social Support and Comfort. The information obtained will allow the implementation of a care protocol aimed at family members, since according to the new approaches they have needs that demand attention; Proposing an open-door ICU could be considered by some to be of little benefit to health personnel, but this measure, on the contrary, provides benefits to the patient and their family.
