Primary caregivers of people with schizophrenia often have strong and varied emotional responses, such as anxiety, and use certain coping styles and strategies to improve their well-being and mental health. Objective: To establish the relationship between anxiety and coping styles in primary caregivers of patients with schizophrenia at the Esperanza Community Mental Health Center, Huánuco-2023. Methods: The study of applied, inductive, quantitative and correlational type. The census sample will consist of 90 primary caregivers of patients with schizophrenia from the Esperanza Community Mental Health Center - Huánuco 2023. The survey will be used to apply two questionnaires to the target population; Manifest Anxiety in Adults-A by Sotelo, Domínguez and Padilla, and the Inventory of Coping Styles by Cano, Rodríguez and García, both are validated and are reliable to measure the variables in question. Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre la carga del cuidador y estrategias de afrontamiento en familiares de los pacientes con esquizofrenia de un centro de salud mental de la región Cajamarca, 2025”. Metodología: El método será hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, observacional, transeccional, relación. Los participantes serán 88 familiares de pacientes que satisfagan los requisitos para ser incluidos, se aplicaran técnicas de encuesta a través de cuestionario en el Centro de Salud de la Región Cajamarca, para cada variable y utilizando instrumentos validados confiables en la Escala de Zarit por Pérez y Quispe la confiabilidad que ha ido tomando forma corresponde al coeficiente alfa de Cronbach. Material y método: Este estudio se basará en el método hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal, aplicada, correlación. Estará constituida por 80 cuidadores de pacientes con esquizofrenia quienes son atendidos en Consultorios Externos de un hospital público de Lima, 2024. Confiabilidad: Los resultados de este estudio de investigación indican una alta confiabilidad del instrumento utilizado. Para la variable "Conocimiento", se obtuvo un coeficiente de confiabilidad de 0.950, lo cual sugiere una fiabilidad excelente. Materials and Methods: Retrospective, observational, quantitative systematic review, subjected to analytical compilation, using the Grade evaluation system to establish the level of evidence, located in the following databases: PubMed, ResearchGate, Open Access, Elsevier, and Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles selected and systematically reviewed, 100% were of high quality as described below: 90% of high quality and 10% of moderate quality as described below: 40% (n=4/10) are systematic reviews, 50% (n=5/10) are randomized controlled trials, and 10% (n=1/10) are cohorts. According to the results obtained from the systematic review conducted in this research, the countries represented are China (40%), France (20%), England (10%), Colombia (10%), Australia (10%), and Italy (20%). Materials and Methods: Elxtipo xdexinvestigación is a systematic review. The 10 published scientific articles are indexed in scientific databases: Cochrane Journal, PubMed, Epistemonikos. The GRADE scale was used to evaluate the included scientific articles. Materials and methods: This is a systematic, observational, and retrospective review, subject to critical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to identify the level of evidence in articles published in the following databases: Scielo, Epistemonikos, Sciencedirect, PubMed, and Researchgate. From the 10 articles reviewed systematically, 20% (n=2/10) were meta-analyses, 10% (n=1/10) was a systematic review, 50% (n=5/10) were randomized controlled trials, and 20% (n=2/10) were quasi-experimental studies. The studies came from China (30%), followed by England (20%), Spain (10%), Uruguay (10%), Chile (10%), and Canada (10%). Results: 100% (n=10/10) of the evidence indicates that cognitive remediation therapy is effective in improving memory and attention in patients with schizophrenia. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search for evidence is developed systematically with selection criteria, articles with full text have been restricted and The selected articles were subjected to critical reading. In the final selection, ten articles were chosen. It is observed that the origin of the evidence found must indicate that; 20% (2/10) corresponds to the USA, 20% (2/10) corresponds to China, and the remaining 60% (6/10) corresponds to Italy, Greece, Vietnam, Chile, Mexico and Colombia respectively. Material and method: A compilation of 10 investigations was made, among which there are systematic reviews, meta-analysis, randomized controlled trials and case-control studies published in different databases such as PubMed, Epistemonikos, Scielo; which were published in English. Results: Of the 10 evidences, the research design belongs to systematic review and meta-analysis 40% (4/10), 30% (3/10) randomized controlled trials, systematic review 10% (1/10), 10% (1/10) case-control study, 10% (1/10) correlational. Therefore, 80% of the evidence is of high quality, 10% of medium quality and the other 10% of low quality. Based on all the studies reviewed, it can be said that 100% (10/10) of the evidence found indicated that psychosocial rehabilitation interventions in the recovery of adults with schizophrenia demonstrate efficacy and should be considered as an important part of the standard treatment of this disease. Materials and Methods: Quantitative study with a systematic review design, the search of 80 was restricted to full-text articles, and the 10 selected articles underwent critical reading, using the GRADE assessment to identify their level of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, with 70% being clinical trials and 30% systematic reviews, 80% of them from Spain, and 20% from Berlin. Determinar relación que existe entre afrontamiento y nivel de sobrecarga del cuidador familiar de pacientes con esquizofrenia que asisten del área de consulta externa de un Hospital, Lima,2024. Metodología es de método hipotético-deductivo de enfoque cuantitativo aplicado, diseño no experimental de corte transversal alcance correlacional, en una población de 80 familiares de pacientes con esquizofrenia. Para la recolección de datos se utilizará 2 instrumentos los cuales son “Inventario de Estrategias de Afrontamiento que consta de 40 ítems con escala tipo Likert cuyas dimensiones son: Dirigidas a la resolución del problema, Enfocadas a la respuesta de la emoción: en cuanto a nivel de sobrecarga del cuidador familiar que consta de 22 ítems cuyas dimensiones impacto del cuidado, Calidad de la relación interpersonal, Expectativas de autoeficacia. Ambos instrumentos cuentan con valores de validez y confiabilidad que permitirá asegurar que el instrumento es confiable y apto para su aplicación. Para la prueba de análisis de datos se utilizará programa Excel, y programa IBM SPSS versión 26. para determinar la confiabilidad del instrumento se utilizó coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach con un rango de 0.81 a 0.91 lo que indica que el instrumento es bueno.
