    This research aims to determine to what extent the use of hypermedia influence the development of artistic skills in preschool students in different dimensions of attitudinal, cognitive and practical communicative development. To achieve this purpose they were designed and implemented two surveys; oriented teachers to assess the institutional use of hypermedia in the development of artistic skills, and another, a didactic survey oriented students, in addition to the above purpose, allowed to use different tools of hypermedia such as images , audios, videos, etc., to improve their integration into art education classes. Pre-experimental applied research was used for the development, taking as sample the 22 students in the preschool level, enrolled in the transition grade in the headquarters of the Institución Educativa Agroecológico Amazónico Buinaima in 2006. In conclusion it was found to encourage the use of hypermedia development of artistic skills in preschool children is not only possible but necessary to bring them to different knowledge applied to the execution of artistic practices, cultural practices and heritage preservation artistic and cultural development of peoples from early education.
