Methods: the study will be descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and intentional sample will be formed by convenience of 69 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Hospital to be studied. Methodology: It is a systematic review in different Medline databases - Pubmed, Lilacs, Scielo and Science direct, following the PICO format, the inclusion criteria were: scientific articles published between 2006 and 2016 in Spanish and English, with selection final of 12 articles. Results: Of the 12 articles reviewed, 100% (12/12 articles) that intervened were the sociocultural factor, which had 59% (7/12), while the factor of adverse effects to treatment had 50% (6/12) and the economic factor has 17% (2/12). The quality of the articles was mostly moderate at 75% (9/12). In the most searched articles it was in the country of Nigeria (3/12) with 25.6%, in which the dimension that most intervened for non-adherence to treatment was the economic factor. Conclusions: The associated adherence factor was, according to this review, multifactorial and involves sociocultural factors, adverse effects of treatment, and economic factors. Materials and methods: This study will have a quantitative approach and the methodological design that will be used will be descriptive and cross-sectional. The population and sample will be made up of 120 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months who attend a health center in Peru. In this research, the technique that will be used will be the survey, which will provide us with important and effective information. To carry out this research, the questionnaire developed by Delgado et al. will be used. (16) titled “Questionnaire addressed to the mother of a child from 6 to 36 months” for their research carried out in Tumbes-Peru during 2016. This instrument with a Likert scale consists of 19 questions that were grouped according to the factors of adherence to evaluate: social factor (5 questions), factor associated with the health personnel (4 questions), factor associated with the treatment (4 questions), and factor associated with the person providing the treatment (6 questions). Population and Sample: The representative sample will correspond to 80 patients, determined by convenience through non-probabilistic and non-random sampling. The corresponding instruments will be applied to this sample in the period from October to November 2022. Technique and Instruments: The technique to be applied will be the survey and the instruments will correspond to the questionnaires for evaluating therapeutic adherence, and quality of life (Health Survey-SF36), which have been modified and adapted to our environment for the population with kidney involvement, which have a Cronbach's Alpha reliability equivalent to 0.85 and 0.83 respectively. These long-term inflammatory changes can progress to liver cirrhosis. Consequently, a nutritional intervention with a Mediterranean diet, but with calorie restriction, has a lot of significance for the components of the diet exactly because of the protective effect of antioxidants. The present secondary research entitled as a critical review: Effect of the nutritional intervention of the Mediterranean diet in the treatment of patients with non-alcoholic hepatic steatosis, had the objective of exposing, through a professional critical commentary, the positive impact of the nutritional intervention with the Mediterranean diet in the treatment of adult patients with non-alcoholic hepatic steatosis. The clinical question was: What is the effect of nutritional intervention with a Mediterranean diet in the treatment of adult patients with non-alcoholic hepatic steatosis? The Evidence-Based Nutrition (NuBE) methodology was used. The information search was carried out in PUBMED, MEDLINE, SCIELO, SCOPUS, SCIENCE DIRECT, finding 41 articles, 9 being selected that have been evaluated by the CASPE critical reading tool, finally selecting the article titled The effectiveness and acceptability of the diet Mediterranean with calorie restriction in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), which has a level of evidence I and Grade of Recommendation I, according to the expertise of the researcher. This secondary research titled: ‘CRITICAL REVIEW: NUTRITIONAL MANAGEMENT IN PATIENTS WITH HEAD AND NECK NEOPLASIA UNDER CHEMOTHERAPY OR RADIOTHERAPY TREATMENT’ aimed to determine the best nutritional management for patients with head and neck neoplasia undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment, identify the common problems that occur before, during, and after chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment concerning the nutritional status of cancer patients. The clinical question was: ‘What is the nutritional management for patients with head and neck neoplasia undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment?’ The Evidence-Based Nutrition (EBN) methodology was used. Information was gathered from PubMed/MEDLINE, ScienceDirect, WOS, and SCOPUS, yielding 20 articles, with the final selection based on the ‘CASPE’ tool from the meta-analysis titled: 'Nutrition management for patients with head and neck cancer during peri-radiotherapy: A systematic review and quality appraisal of clinical practice guidelines using the AGREE II instrument.' The critical commentary concluded that there were discrepancies in existing clinical practice guidelines (CPGs), including nutritional screening, assessment, intake, nutrients, the absence of essential parts of the CPGs, the statement of external review, the method for making recommendations, strategies for improving acceptance, and the implications of resource use in applying the CPGs. In Peru, iron deficiency anemia is a serious public health problem affecting 46.6% of children. children at very early ages between 6 months and the first year of life, this situation being the same as that observed in the growth and development clinic of the Viña San Francisco health facility in the Santa Anita district, where the percentage of Anemia in 6-month-old infants reaches 39.8%, a figure that remains high in the first half of 2019 despite the health intervention strategies carried out to reduce cases of anemia in the target population. Objective: Describe the determining factors of anemia in 6-month-old infants. Method: The study has a quantitative approach, descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective, presenting a single main variable, the techniques used were documentary analysis and the interview and the instruments used were the monitoring sheet and the questionnaire applied to the mothers of 6-month-old infants with anemia, the population being the total number of infants, which was 27, constituting a census. Results: During the study period, it was identified that, of the total number of infants with anemia, 70.3% had mild anemia, 25.9% had moderate anemia and 3.7% had severe anemia, with the female sex prevailing with 59.2%. Regarding the determining factors of anemia, present: 25.9% of mothers had a history of anemia during pregnancy, it was identified that 85.1% of infants received iron supplementation at the health facility with timely initiation of the supplement and of them 51.7% consumed it in less than 2 months and 56.5% did not consume it daily, with poor adherence to prophylactic treatment. Regarding the type of feeding, 51.8% of the infants did not receive exclusive breastfeeding, its varieties being mixed, artificial breastfeeding and consumption of cow's milk. 1 infant with a history of prematurity and 2 infants with low birth weight were identified; however, none received prophylactic iron supplementation. 55.5% of infants had their complete vaccination for their age, 70.3% of infants did not have complete growth and development controls for their age. In relation to prevalent diseases, 44.4% of infants with anemia presented diarrheal disease and respiratory infections and of them 3 infants were hospitalized. It has been identified that more than 70% of mothers of infants are unaware of the consequences of anemia during pregnancy, the irreversible effects suffered by the child with anemia in their adult life and the areas of psychomotor development that are affected in the child. with anemia. Conclusions: From the results obtained, it is concluded that the majority of infants in the study had mild or slight anemia, with a predominance of the female sex. A good percentage of the infants began iron supplementation in a timely manner at the health facility. However, More than half of them did not comply with the treatment on a regular basis, identifying difficulties in adherence to treatment. The objective of this critical review was to know the effect of turmeric on proteinuria in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in humans. Through evidence-based nutrition, a search strategy was developed and a search of the information was carried out in the bases PUBMED, Embase, Scopus, SCIELO, SCIENCE DIRECT, after reading and eliminating unrelated articles, selected 9, which were analyzed using the CASPE tool, where the research study was selected, which is titled: “Efficacy and Safety of Turmeric Dietary Supplementation on Proteinuria in CKD: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of RCT”, that said research has a level of evidence II and a strong recommendation grade. Material and Methods: Systematic observational and retrospective quantitative review, subjected to critical selection, using the Grade evaluation system for selection, reviewed in the following sources: Cochrane, Scielo, Minedu Repository, Pesquisa. The evidence was difficult to find, there are few studies on this topic. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 60% (n= 6/10) are systematic reviews, 40% (n= 4/10) are randomized controlled trials and 10% (n= 1/10) are cohort studies. According to the results of the countries of South Africa (10%), Brazil (20%), Spain (10%), Colombia (10%), Peru (20%), followed by Argentina (10%) and the USA (10% ), Mexico (10%). Results: Likewise, of the results found, 80% (n=8/10) indicate that Complementary Feeding is Effective in reducing malnutrition in children. The population consists of a literature review of 10 scientific articles published in scientific databases in Spanish and English, with a maximum age of ten years. The databases used were: EBSCO, PubMed, Scielo, Epistemonikos, and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction. A critical and intensive evaluation of each article was conducted using the GRADE method, which provides a systematic and transparent way to summarize the evidence. Results: Of the total, 50% are from the United States, 20% from Turkey, and 10% each from China, Germany, and Egypt, respectively. Regarding study designs, 60% are randomized controlled trials, 10% are meta-analyses, 10% are retrospective studies, 10% are cohort studies, and 10% are systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Methodology: The study carried out is a Systematic Review of 10 articles in the LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, and PUBMED databases, whose search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the Jover's evaluation to identify its level of evidence. Results: In the review of the Articles, the effectiveness of changing the peripheral venous catheter to prevent phlebitis is observed; However, in the latest studies carried out, the permanence time of peripheral devices does not show the cause of the origin of vascular complications such as phlebitis, in relation to the systematic change and replacement due to clinical indication in adult patients with intravenous treatment. Conclusion: The evidence shows that to prevent phlebitis in hospitalized patients, changing the peripheral venous catheter does not necessarily require routine change every 72 hours, but rather when clinically indicated. Materials and methods: This is a systematic, observational, and retrospective review, subject to critical reading and using the GRADE evaluation system to identify the level of evidence in articles published in the following databases: Scielo, Epistemonikos, Sciencedirect, PubMed, and Researchgate. From the 10 articles reviewed systematically, 20% (n=2/10) were meta-analyses, 10% (n=1/10) was a systematic review, 50% (n=5/10) were randomized controlled trials, and 20% (n=2/10) were quasi-experimental studies. The studies came from China (30%), followed by England (20%), Spain (10%), Uruguay (10%), Chile (10%), and Canada (10%). Results: 100% (n=10/10) of the evidence indicates that cognitive remediation therapy is effective in improving memory and attention in patients with schizophrenia.
