Acoso escolar y autoestima en estudiantes de primaria de una institución educativa pública de Lima Metropolitana, 2026

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre el acoso escolar y la autoestima en estudiantes de primaria de una institución educativa pública de Lima Metropolitana durante el año 2026. El estudio se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental, transversal y de alcance correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 134 estudiantes, varones y mujeres, cuyas edades oscilaron entre los 9 y 11 años. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó el Inventario de Autoestima de Coopersmith y el Cuestionario de Acoso Escolar, ambos instrumentos debidamente validados. Los resultados mostraron que el acoso escolar presentó un predominio en el nivel medio, mientras que la autoestima se ubicó mayoritariamente en el nivel medio y alto. En el análisis inferencial se identificó una correlación mínima, pero sin significancia entre acoso escolar y autoestima (rs = 0.017; p = 0843). Se concluye que no existe relación entre ambas variables, lo cual evidencia que el acoso escolar no constituye un factor determinante de la autoestima en los estudiantes, sugiriendo la relación de otras condiciones personales, familiares y sociales en su desarrollo emocional.

Análisis de la pericia médico forense de parte en absolución de casos de abuso sexual en el Perú 2011-2021

The objective of this research is to analyze the forensic medical expertise of the party in the acquittal of cases of sexual abuse in Peru 2011-2021. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach, with an inductive method, its design was based on grounded theory and using the documentary analysis technique, for the collection of information the documentary analysis guide instrument was applied. The study was carried out in relation to 5 files with acquittal in cases of crimes against sexual freedom of the departments such as: Ancash, San Martin, Cajamarca, Piura, the criteria considered were cases of acquittal sentences of life imprisonment, sentences that supported its decision with the medical expertise of minors under 11 years of age and finally that the research participants are under 11 years of age. Among its results, an inadequate praxis is identified in the official medical expertise in cases of sexual abuse in the country; The sentences analyzed establish the importance of the forensic medical expertise of the party in the Peruvian criminal process by allowing to base a sentence of acquittal of life imprisonment and finally forensic medical criteria with scientific rigor are established in relation to sexual abuse in the age group of minors. 11 years. The conclusion of the investigation shows that the forensic medical expertise on the part has served as the basis for the acquittal of life imprisonment cases by demonstrating the poor assessment and evaluation that was carried out in the official medical expertise.

Autoestima y depresión en mujeres víctimas de violencia conyugal que acuden al centro de salud Carlos Protzel de Comas, 2021

Introducción: Según la OMS la autoestima es un gran aspecto de gran importancia en la vida del ser humano y es requerido que se fortalezca desde las primeras etapas de vida, pues sino se pueden generar trastornos como la depresión, problema que afecta a un promedio de 300 millones de personas nivel mundial. Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre la autoestima y depresión en mujeres víctimas de violencia conyugal que acuden al Centro de Salud Carlos Protzel de Comas, 2021. Metodología: Se seguirá el método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, de alcance descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental, transversal. La población de estudio estará conformada por 80 mujeres agredidas por su cónyuge que acudan al servicio de Crecimiento y Vacunas del C.S. Carlos Protzel de Comas. Se aplicará como instrumento el cuestionario de Bernardo (2017) para la variable Autoestima con sus 5 dimensiones: Autorrespeto, Autoaceptación, Autoevaluación, Autoconcepto y autoconocimiento y mediante el Inventario de depresión de Beck (BDI-2) se evaluará la depresión con sus 2 dimensión: Factor cognitivo afectivo y Factor Somático motivacional. Se diseñará una tabla matriz para vaciar los datos obtenidos y se trasladará la información aplicando el paquete estadístico SPSS vs. 26

The objective of this work is to determine the relationship between the criminalistics training of the Prosecutor's personnel and the investigation of the crime of rape in the Judicial District of Lambayeque; for which the hypothetical deductive method has been used; It is a quantitative research, the population is made up of 73 prosecutors; the Contingency Coefficient was applied; obtaining as a result that there is no relationship between being trained at the crime scene by the Prosecutor's staff and the investigation of the crime of rape in adults and minors in the Judicial District of Lambayeque; and this is due to the fact that the level of criminalistics training of prosecutorial personnel does not influence the investigation of the crime of rape; given that the results of the investigation will depend on a good handling of the crime scene by the forensic experts

El trabajo académico determinará la relación existente entre las características sociodemográficas y culturales de la violencia intrafamiliar de las mujeres que acuden al Centro de Salud Medalla Milagrosa en San Juan de Lurigancho,2020. Materiales y Métodos : Estudio no experimental porque no se manipula la variable y por desarrollarse en un solo corte de tiempo y espacio será transversal del tipo descriptivo correlacional por que describe las características sociales, demográficas, culturales y permite la medición existente entre las variables. Muestra: La población está integrada por 90 mujeres víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar que acuden al Centro de Salud Medalla Milagrosa San Juan de Lurigancho.

Caracterizaciones de las agresiones físico verbales en el profesional de la salud que labora en hospitales

El presente estudio se basa en una Revisión Sistemática, basada en la búsqueda bibliográfica de un conjunto de 10 artículos que se ciñen a los criterios de inclusión y antigüedad menor de 6 años, 4 de ellos fueron Revisiones sistemáticas, 3 fueron estudios descriptivos de corte transversal, 3 entre estudios explorativos de orden cualitativo, estudio de corte transversal mediante encuesta electrónica optativa y estudio no experimental cuantitativo transversal y descriptivo. Se utilizó el estudio de valoración del sistema GRADE que identifica la calidad en cuanto a la evidencia y graduación de la fuerza en la recomendación. Para la búsqueda de evidencias se utilizaron las bases de datos científicas diversas. De los 10 artículos investigados demostraron al 100% (10/10) las Caracterizaciones de las agresiones físicos verbales en el Profesional de la Salud que laboran en hospitales. Se encontró que la mayor parte de casos de maltrato a nivel ocupacional corresponde al sector salud lo cual daña la productividad y desempeño de las Instituciones que prestan esta clase de servicios.

Conducta agresiva y rendimiento académico en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa privada de San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima – 2025

La presente investigación buscó analizar la asociación entre la conducta agresiva y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de secundaria de San Juan de Lurigancho. Siendo este estudio de tipo cuantitativo, no experimental, básico, correlacional y transversal; encuestando a 169 estudiantes de nivel secundario, los cuales fueron elegidos a través de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, los cuales fueron encuestados mediante el Cuestionario de agresividad de Buss y Perry (AQ-SF) y el registro de calificaciones de los estudiantes. Como principal hallazgo se evidenció la presencia de una asociación entre el rendimiento académico y la conducta agresiva en intensidad moderada e inversa (rho=0.66; p=0.00); así como con las dimensiones: agresividad física (rho=-0.61; p=0.00), agresividad verbal (rho=-0.49; p=0.00), hostilidad (rho=-0.31; p=0.00) e ira (rho=-0.15; p=0.00). Finalmente, se concluyó que sí los estudiantes de secundaria son susceptibles a niveles elevados de agresión, su rendimiento académico disminuirá de manera proporcional.

Consumo de droga y su relación con los delitos contra el patrimonio, tráfico ilícito de droga y violencia en el departamento de Junín del 2020

Crimes such as violence, robbery and micro-commercialization, are growing globally and nationally, that is why I carry out this thesis project called "Drug Use and its Relationship with Crimes Against Property, TID and Violence in the Department of Junín of 2020" with the objective of "Determining the relationship between drug use and crimes against property, illicit drug trafficking and violence in the department of Junín of 2020". This research is deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, 200 files were used. Obtaining a result that drug use with crimes against property and illicit drug trafficking have an inversely proportional relationship since it shows in its coefficient of Spearman's Rho = -0.432 indicating a moderate negative correlation, and the p-value= 0.000 which indicates that it rejects the null hypothesis and accepts the subordinate hypothesis and with the crime of violence it does not have a direct relationship, therefore it is concluded that to commit crimes such as robbery, micro-commercialization and violence it is not necessary to be under the drug effect.

Consumo de drogas y las infracciones a la ley penal cometidas por menores intervenidos por la DEPINCRI Callao - 2022

This research has had the objective of “Establishing the relationship between drug consumption and violations of criminal law committed by minors intervened by Depincri Callao 2022.” For this reason, we worked with a basic or also called pure type research and with a correlational scope. The design used in said research was non-experimental. As a sample, there were 198 cases of “infractions committed by minors intervened by the Depincri Callao in 2022.” The document analysis instrument was developed according to the indicators of each variable. Coming to the conclusion that: there is a very significant relationship at the level of bilateral significance which is 0.00, which is less than 0.05 according to the chi square test, which tells us that "Drug consumption is related to infractions committed by the minors intervened in the Depincri Callao in 2022.” Accepting the general hypothesis in this way, it was also found that both legal and illegal drugs are related to infractions of criminal law committed by minors.

Criterios de la pericia psicológica en víctimas de violencia sexual y su implicancia en la sentencia en el Distrito Fiscal del Santa - 2022

The objective of the following investigation was to determine the criteria of the psychological expertise in victims of sexual violence and its implications in the sentence in the fiscal district of Santa - 2022. The applied methodology consisted of an investigation with a qualitative approach, of an applied type; the design is descriptive phenomenological. As results, a series of criteria necessary for expert intervention was generated. In conclusion, it was possible to explore qualities necessary for the elaboration of accurate and necessary psychological expertise for its effectiveness, considering them as influential in the support and resolution by the magistrates.

La dependencia emocional como factor influyente en las víctimas de violencia intrafamiliar, mujeres entre 25 a 45 años, distrito de Ayacucho 2019

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional dependence and domestic violence in women between 25 and 45 years old in the district of Ayacucho, 2019. The type of deductive research, quantitative approach, correlational level. The sampling is non-probabilistic; 112 people, from complete secondary to higher education level, were considered as a sample, women who have been victims of violence within the intrafamily context (domestic or partner violence), where 2 instruments were applied that measures the emotional dependence (IDE) created in Peru and another of domestic violence with its dimensions psychological, physical and sexual abuse created by the researcher himself, obtaining as results that the highest percentage of respondents present emotional dependence at a high level 39.3% and 20.5% present emotional dependence at a moderate level, rates that are high. To corroborate and contrast the study hypothesis, it was verified with the Spearman correlation coefficient, where it is concluded that emotional dependence is related to intrafamily violence. These study variables are positively related to each other to a moderate degree (r = 0.560). In other words, it is established that emotional dependence is related to domestic violence in women between 25 and 45 years old. Likewise, it was found that emotional dependence is related to the dimensions of psychological abuse, physical violence and sexual violence, since they presented a significance of less than 5% (p <0.05). Finally, the recommendations of the case are provided, such as: Promotion, prevention and intervention, in order to reduce or eliminate this social problem of family violence and avoid some type of femicide.

Determinación de la hormona gonadotropina coriónica humana en manchas secas de sangre para la aplicación en la escena del delito - Distrito Fiscal de Ica 2020-2021

The human chorionic gonadotropin hormone (HCG) begins to be produced in large quantities after the implantation of the zygote, and a series of laboratory tests have been designed for clinical diagnosis; in the field of criminalistics there is a high casuistry of crimes against pregnant women, and the blood remains at the scenes where the events occurred; The objective of this study was to determine the permanence of the human chorionic gonadotropin hormone in dried blood spots of pregnant women, who remain at the scene of a crime, 22 venous blood samples were collected from pregnant women, from these samples Blood stains were produced on cotton cloth supports, the same ones that were left to dry in the environment for three months, from these stains the determination of the hormone was carried out using two methods, a qualitative immunochromatographic method and a quantitative ELISA method. It was obtained as a result that 100% of the blood spots were positive for the HCG hormone. Finally, it was concluded that HCG remains unchanged in dried blood stains from pregnant women; In addition, no differences were found in the determination of the hormone, between the qualitative method by immunochromatography and the quantitative method by ELISA, with both methods a sensitivity and specificity of 100% was found in the samples tested; it is recommended that the HCG dry spot test be implemented in the forensic field.

Distorsiones cognitivas y conducta agresiva en presuntos autores de agresión sexual en una Institución Pública del Estado, Lima 2023

There are studies that indicate that sexual offenders present many cognitive distortions, including erroneous beliefs and attitudes, the purpose is to show how cognitive distortions are linked to aggressive behavior, which are involved in sexual aggression, allowing us to prevent, avoid and predict this crime. Objective: To determine the relationship between cognitive distortions and aggressive behaviors of alleged sexual aggressors in a public institution of the State of Lima, 2023. Materials and methods: It has a non-experimental design of correlational level, deductive method of applied research type, quantitative approach, descriptive correlational design. The Cognitive Distortions Scale - EDC instrument was applied, created by the authors are Abel, Gore, Holland, Camp, Becker & Rathner in 1989, adapted in 2016 by Cepeda, Zulma; Ruiz, José in Colombia, which consists of 29 items; with a Crombach's Alpha coefficient of 0.783 and the AQ Aggression Questionnaire created by Buss and Perry in 1992; which contains 29 items, adapted in Spain by Rodríguez et al, Buss and Perry's Aggression Questionnaire adapted to Peru by Matalinares, et al., 2012, obtained an alpha of 0.83 in the reliabilities. Results: In the variable cognitive distortions with 74.07 % is at a high level and aggressive behaviors with 90.12 % are at a high level, also the correlation between cognitive distortions and aggressive behaviors according to Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is 0.351, which indicates that it is positive. Conclusions: The research shows us that there are significant levels of cognitive distortions that originate a high level of aggressive behaviors.

Efecto del COVID-19 en la salud sexual y reproductiva en los años 2020 – 2021

Objetivo: Analizar el efecto del COVID 19 en la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva en los años 2020 – 2021. Diseño: El presente estudio es una investigación segundaria, es una revisión de publicaciones. El diseño de la investigación será no experimental, de corte transversal. Ámbito de estudio: El estudio se llevó a cabo mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura en internet, incluyeron artículos originales, proveniente de la base de datos de Google Académico, Worldwidescience, Scielo, Pubmed, Elsevier. Sujetos de estudio: Se consideró 30 artículos de internet relativos al efecto del COVID 19 en la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva los cuales cumplieron los criterios de elegibilidad dentro del periodo de estudio del 2020 al 2021. Instrumentación: Para el estudio se utilizó el sistema Grade el cual nos permitió evaluar la calidad de cada artículo. Resultados: El COVID 19 afectó la accesibilidad en las atenciones en los servicios de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva, donde el 11% evidencian aumentos de embarazos no planificados, el 6% muestra una reducción en la cobertura y la calidad de los servicios de atención a adolescentes y mujeres, el 11% un aumento en cuanto a abortos, el 6% se vio afectado en la atención de planificación familiar, el 22% una reducción en casos de ITS, el 22% una reducción en las atenciones prenatales, el 91%de artículos nos muestra un aumento brusco en muerte materna y el 100% de los estudios, presentaron un aumento en la violencia. Conclusiones: El presente estudio concluye que existen evidencias científicas del efecto del COVID 19 en la Salud Sexual y Reproductiva en los años 2020 – 2021.

Estilos parentales y conductas agresivas en estudiantes del tercero al quinto de secundaria de una institución educativa pública del Callao, 2023

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la asociación entre los estilos parentales y las conductas agresivas en estudiantes de tercero a quinto de secundaria en una institución educativa pública del Callao, 2023. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental con una muestra de 183 estudiantes. Los estilos parentales se evaluaron mediante el instrumento MOPS y las conductas agresivas con el Cuestionario de Agresividad. Los resultados mostraron que los padres presentan predominancia de los estilos "Sobreprotección" e "Indiferencia" (30.1% cada uno), mientras que las madres tienen un mayor porcentaje en "Sobreprotección" (43.2%). En cuanto a las conductas agresivas, el nivel medio fue el más frecuente en todas las dimensiones, con la agresividad verbal destacando en 54.6%. La agresividad física mostró el menor porcentaje en el nivel alto (7.1%). El análisis de correlación reveló asociaciones estadísticamente significativas entre los estilos parentales y las conductas agresivas, teniendo las más significativas entre el estilo de crianza de abuso materno y la dimensión de agresividad verbal (rho = .192**; p = .009), entre la sobreprotección paterna y la dimensión de la hostilidad (rho = .195**; p = .008) y entre la indiferencia del padre y la dimensión de agresividad verbal (rho = .209**; p = .005). En conclusión, se observan tendencias en la relación entre estilos parentales y agresividad.

Evaluar el procedimiento de levantamiento del cadáver en la escena del crimen por los médicos legistas de Apurímac, 2022

The main objective of this research work was to evaluate the procedure for the removal of the corpse at the crime scene by the forensic doctors of Apurímac during the year 2022", the method used in this investigation was hermeneutic, with a qualitative approach, design phenomenological, having as a sample the population of 4 medical examiners. The instrument was applied to them, this being an interview. For data analysis, the Atlas TiVersion 9 program was used. Once the analysis has been carried out as results, it can be seen that for the category evaluating the procedure for removing the corpse, 6 important axes can be identified: which are detailed below: 1.- The determination of the cause of death, which has various difficulties and the which the interviewees also give alternatives for improvement. 2.- The post mortem interval, which has its own difficulties and which also has recommendations for improvement. 3.- The examination of the area related to where the body was found, which may or may not be completed.4.- Adverse factors that make it difficult to remove the body from the crime scene.5.- The support provided by the institution for their staff to be trained, which in some cases is absent and, finally, 6.- The level of specialization that forensic experts have, which may be linked to the development of courses, second specialties or international internships. Likewise, we come to the conclusion that the process of removing the corpse will support in verifying the death, estimating the post mortem interval and likewise to determine the mechanism and way in which that death occurred, in the same way, during the procedure they will present adverse factors that will make the work a little heavier, but what with the experience of forensic doctors and respecting the appropriate protocols will contribute to providing relevant information regarding external, internal examinations, but it should be noted that the aforementioned will be achieved thanks to the training, new techniques, international internships and time of service that legal medical personnel must receive and carry out in order to carry out said functions for the benefit of the population that needs their work.

Exposición a violencia intrafamiliar y conducta agresiva en adolescentes del 4.º y 5.º año de secundaria de la institución educativa Manuel Scorza Torres 7039, Chorrillos, Lima 2018.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre la exposición a violencia intrafamiliar y la conducta agresiva en adolescentes del 4to y 5to año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Manuel Scorza Torres, Chorrillos - Lima. Método: El presente estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo de diseño correlacional, y de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por 98 estudiantes del 4to. y 5to. año de secundaria. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios tipo Likert titulados: exposición a violencia intrafamiliar y conducta agresiva en adolescentes. Resultado: El 64.3% de los estudiantes presenta exposición a violencia intrafamiliar y un 35.7% no está expuesta. Según las dimensiones, es la violencia entre padres la que prevalece con un 67.3%. En cuanto a conducta agresiva, se encontró que un 58.2% de los adolescentes presentan un nivel alto de conducta agresiva, y un 41.8 % presentan un nivel de conducta agresiva promedio. Utilizando la prueba estadística de Spearman existe relación positiva con valor de P=0,022 y un Rho calculado =0.231. Conclusión: Los estudiantes en su mayoría presentan exposición a violencia intrafamiliar y conducta agresiva, existe una relación significativa entre exposición a violencia intrafamiliar y conducta agresiva en los adolescentes.

Factores asociados al maltrato y violencia en el adulto mayor

Objetivo: Establecer los factores asociados al maltrato y violencia en el Adulto Mayor.Materiales y Métodos: Las investigaciones sistémicas son un diseño de investigación observacional y retrospectivo que sintetizan los resultados de múltiples investigaciones primarias, que forman parte esencial de la medicina basada en la evidencia por su rigurosa metodología, identificando los estudios relevantes para responder preguntas específicas de la práctica clínica.Resultados: La revisión sistemática de los 14 artículos científicos sobre los factores asociados al maltrato y violencia en el adulto mayor, evidencian que es la combinación de factores psicológicos, sociales y económicos por parte del agresor, tales como el uso excesivo de alcohol, consumo de drogas, comportamiento violento, desempleo y estrés.Conclusiones: Se evidencia que los factores presentes en el agresor son el uso excesivo de alcohol, consumo de drogas, comportamiento violento, desempleo y estrés. Los hijos fueron los autores principales del maltrato, seguidos de los nietos, lo que pone de manifiesto la inadecuada preparación de la familia para la convivencia con el anciano. Ello muestra que la dinámica familiar de armonía, atención y dedicación al anciano es prácticamente nula. El maltrato financiero fue bien identificado por los ancianos sobre todo cuando se trata de impedir que los mismos usen y controlen su dinero.

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Factores psicosociales y su relación con el hostigamiento laboral en los trabajadores de una empresa de hidrocarburos, Lurín, 2022” tiene como objetivo general determinar cuál es la relación entre los factores psicosociales y el hostigamiento laboral en los trabajadores, la metodología es hipotética-deductiva, de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal y de nivel correlacional. La población está constituida por 220 trabajadores, cuya muestra es de 80 trabajadores. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y los instrumentos a utilizar serán 2 cuestionarios; el cuestionario de factores psicosociales (ISTAS 21) y el cuestionario de Violencia y Acoso Psicológico en el Trabajo (IVAPT – PANDO). Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizará el programa SPSS y para el análisis de datos se usará la prueba estadística de coeficiente de correlación de Spearman.

We can realize that in Peru violence against women is determined by many factors that determine the prevalence of the coexistence of women who are abused with their aggressor, causing many of them to be affected physically and psychologically. The objective of these investigations is determining the prevalence of the coexistence of the violated woman with her aggressor Chiclayo. The present quantitative investigation had a population of 60 violent women with whom there was a result in their healthy relationship with 57% almost always, 38% like sometimes and 5% like always, Toxic coexistence with 61% almost always, a 27% sometimes and 12% as always, in decision-making factors it was obtained that 53% sometimes and 47% almost always, affectivity factors it was obtained that 47% Almost Always and 36% Sometimes and 17% Always, belief factor was obtained that 53% Almost Always and 42% Sometimes and 5% Always. It can be concluded that the violated woman sees the attitude that her aggressor may have as correct and healthy, in the part of her toxic relationship she observes that she is living it but tolerating in some way making the decision, the affectivity and the beliefs since they feel that their aggressor are right about the mistreatment they are having.
