Ítem Acceso abierto Characterizations of physical-verbal aggressions in health professionals working in hospitals(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-01-23) Carlos Morales, Yamile Lizet; Salazar Huamán, Elisa; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoThis study is based on a systematic review based on a bibliographic search of a set of 10 articles that meet the inclusion criteria and are less than 6 years old. Four of them were systematic reviews, three were descriptive cross-sectional studies, three were exploratory qualitative studies, a cross-sectional study using an optional electronic survey, and a non-experimental quantitative cross-sectional and descriptive study. The GRADE system assessment study was used, which identifies the quality of evidence and the strength of the recommendation. Various scientific databases were used to search for evidence. Of the 10 articles investigated, 100% (10/10) demonstrated the characterizations of physical and verbal aggression in health professionals working in hospitals. It was found that most cases of abuse at the occupational level correspond to the health sector, which damages the productivity and performance of the institutions that provide this type of services.Ítem Acceso abierto Effect of Covid-19 on sexual and reproductive health in the years 2020 - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-08) Carrillo Ortiz, Stephany Mirella; Benites Vidal, Elvira SoledadObjective: To analyze the effect of COVID-19 on Sexual and Reproductive Health during the years 2020-2021. Design: This study is secondary research, a review of publications. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional. Study area: The study was carried out through a systematic literature review on the internet, including original articles from databases such as Google Scholar, Worldwidescience, Scielo, Pubmed, and Elsevier. Study subjects: Thirty articles related to the effect of COVID-19 on Sexual and Reproductive Health were considered, which met the eligibility criteria within the study period from 2020 to 2021. Instrumentation: The Grade system was used in the study, which allowed us to evaluate the quality of each article. Results: COVID-19 affected accessibility to Sexual and Reproductive Health services, with 11% showing increases in unplanned pregnancies, 6% showing a reduction in coverage and quality of services for adolescents and women, 11% showing an increase in abortions, 6% showing an impact on family planning services, 22% showing a reduction in cases of STIs, 22% showing a reduction in prenatal care, 91% of articles showing a sharp increase in maternal deaths, and 100% of the studies showing an increase in violence. Conclusion: This study concludes that there is scientific evidence of the effect of COVID-19 on Sexual and Reproductive Health during the years 2020-2021.Publicación Acceso abierto Estilos parentales y conductas agresivas en estudiantes del tercero al quinto de secundaria de una institución educativa pública del Callao, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-12-16) Godos Agüero, Ryan George; Reyes Callahuacho, David TitoEl objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la asociación entre los estilos parentales y las conductas agresivas en estudiantes de tercero a quinto de secundaria en una institución educativa pública del Callao, 2023. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental con una muestra de 183 estudiantes. Los estilos parentales se evaluaron mediante el instrumento MOPS y las conductas agresivas con el Cuestionario de Agresividad. Los resultados mostraron que los padres presentan predominancia de los estilos "Sobreprotección" e "Indiferencia" (30.1% cada uno), mientras que las madres tienen un mayor porcentaje en "Sobreprotección" (43.2%). En cuanto a las conductas agresivas, el nivel medio fue el más frecuente en todas las dimensiones, con la agresividad verbal destacando en 54.6%. La agresividad física mostró el menor porcentaje en el nivel alto (7.1%). El análisis de correlación reveló asociaciones estadísticamente significativas entre los estilos parentales y las conductas agresivas, teniendo las más significativas entre el estilo de crianza de abuso materno y la dimensión de agresividad verbal (rho = .192**; p = .009), entre la sobreprotección paterna y la dimensión de la hostilidad (rho = .195**; p = .008) y entre la indiferencia del padre y la dimensión de agresividad verbal (rho = .209**; p = .005). En conclusión, se observan tendencias en la relación entre estilos parentales y agresividad.Ítem Acceso abierto Exposure to domestic violence and aggressive behavior in adolescents in the 4th and 5th year of high school of the educational institution Manuel Scorza Torres 7039, Chorrillos, Lima 2018.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-09-07) Franco Álvaro, Patricia; Fernandez Rosales, Marlene Rosario; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: To determine the relationship between exposure to intrafamily violence and aggressive behavior in adolescents from the 4th and 5th year of secondary education at the Manuel Scorza Torres Educational Institution, Chorrillos - Lima. Method: This study has a quantitative approach with a correlational and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 98 students from the 4th and 5th year of secondary education. Data collection was conducted using a survey technique, with two Likert-type questionnaires titled: exposure to intrafamily violence and aggressive behavior in adolescents. Results: 64.3% of students are exposed to intrafamily violence, while 35.7% are not. Among the dimensions, violence between parents prevails at 67.3%. Regarding aggressive behavior, 58.2% of adolescents exhibit a high level of aggressive behavior, and 41.8% exhibit an average level. Using the Spearman statistical test, a positive relationship was found with a P-value = 0.022 and a calculated Rho = 0.231. Conclusion: Most students are exposed to intrafamily violence and exhibit aggressive behavior; there is a significant relationship between exposure to intrafamily violence and aggressive behavior in adolescents.Ítem Acceso abierto Factors associated with abuse and violence in older adults(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Gallo Durán, Ruth Margarita; Díaz Gutierrez, Yessica Yenica; Gómez Gonzales, Walter EdgarObjective: Establish the factors associated with abuse and violence in the Elderly. Materials and Methods: Systemic research is an observational and retrospective research design that synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations, which are an essential part of evidence-based medicine. due to its rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: The systematic review of the 14 scientific articles on the factors associated with abuse and violence in older adults shows that it is the combination of factors psychological, social and economic effects on the part of the aggressor, such as excessive use of alcohol, drug consumption, violent behavior, unemployment and stress. Conclusions: It is evident that the factors present in the aggressor are excessive use of alcohol, drug consumption , violent behavior, unemployment and stress. The children were the main perpetrators of the abuse, followed by the grandchildren, which reveals the inadequate preparation of the family for living with the elderly. This shows that the family dynamic of harmony, attention and dedication to the elderly is practically non-existent. Financial abuse was well identified by the elderly, especially when it comes to preventing them from using and controlling their money.Ítem Acceso abierto Gender and age: risk factors for domestic violence in older adults(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-18) Sánchez Quispe, Anabell Enedina; Estrada Vasquez, Margot Eliza; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MaríaAnalyze and systematize the evidence on the risk factors that determine domestic violence in older adults. Materials and Methods: Observational Systematic Review that is a fundamental tool to schematize the available information, increase the validity of the conclusions of individual studies and point out areas where it is necessary to carry out research, as well as synthesize the results of multiple primary investigations. The search was limited to articles with full text, and the chosen articles were subjected to critical reading, using the grade system to establish the strength of recommendation. Results: Various scientific articles were found, 40% were studies done in Ecuador and the remaining 60% were studies done in different countries such as Venezuela, Cuba, Italy, Brazil and Trinidad and Tobago. For the type of quality of the evidence, it was found that 40% of the studies reviewed are of High quality. According to the study design, 50% of the studies were descriptive cross-sectional, 40% were systematic reviews and 10% were retrospective. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles examined, 8 of them show gender as the main risk factor for domestic violence in older adults; age is another important factor shown in 8 of 10 studies; 6 of the 10 studies mention another factor, the presence of physical or cognitive disability; 3 of the 10 studies point to educational level as another risk factor; and family structure in 3 of 10 studies.Ítem Acceso abierto Parental violence in adolescents with drug use who attend the ASIRI Carabayllo community mental health center-Peru, 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-04) Peralta Ugaz, Bibi Lizet; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioGeneral objective: Determine the level of parental violence in adolescents with drug use who attend the Asiri Carabayllo community mental health center. Specific Objectives: Determine the level of parental violence in each of its dimensions: communication interaction, intelligent behavioral control, overprotective psychological control, rigid behavioral control, emotional bond, coparenting agreement in adolescents with drug use. Material and methods: The approach is quantitative, the design is transversal because the data are taken at a single moment and descriptive, limited to the observation of phenomena, not experimental. We will work with a population of 100 heads of family. The technique that will be used will be surveys. This instrument is a Likert scale, with 24 items linked to parental functioning with its 6 dimensions. The data will be collected in a database and the univariate analysis will be carried out. Materials and Methods: A quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional study with a population of 734 students from the 4th cycle and internship, semester 2016-II. For the variable "perception of violence," the survey technique was used, and the instrument was the Rating Scale, validated with the pilot test technique. For the coping variable, the COPE-28 Rating Scale was used. Results: The global perception of citizen violence in Lima showed that just over half perceived security (52%). However, the dimension that stood out most was victimization, where insecurity predominated (63%); in social vulnerability, insecurity was reaffirmed (79%). In coping with violence globally, the finding was passive (54%); in the dimension of effort, strategies, behaviors focused on the problem, active coping predominated (91%); in the dimension of effort, strategies, behaviors focused on emotion and prevention (94%), coping was passive. Conclusion: The global perception was secure. The perception in the dimensions of incivility, physical vulnerability, social networks, and victimization is of security. The dimensions of victimization and social vulnerability are of insecurity. Global coping was passive, while in the dimensions of effort, strategies focused on the problem, it was active, and in the dimensions of effort, strategies focused on emotion and prevention, coping was passive. Materials and Methods: Causal explanatory cross-sectional study. The survey technique was used, and the instrument was the questionnaire developed by Blitchtein and Reyes (2012). The sample consisted of 140 pregnant women, of whom 70 were adolescents and 70 were adults. Results: The prevalence of violence among pregnant women was 52.9%. Pregnant adolescents with experiences of violence accounted for 41.9%, while adult pregnant women accounted for 58.1%. The risk factors most strongly associated were being a housewife (p > 0.032) and having a partner who controls and/or limits the woman’s work, studies, and visits to family or friends (p > 0.044). Other associated factors included a history of parental aggression (p > 0.0121) and the type of relationship with the partner (p > 0.0239). Conclusions: The prevalence of physical and psychological violence was higher among adult pregnant women. Risk factors include sociodemographic aspects, individual factors, and relationships with partners, which are linked to physical and psychological violence in both adolescent and adult pregnant women. The population is made up of 220 workers, whose sample is 80 workers. The technique to be used will be the survey and the instruments to be used will be 2 questionnaires; the psychosocial factors questionnaire (ISTAS 21) and the Violence and Psychological Harassment at Work questionnaire (IVAPT – PANDO). Objective: Determine the relationship between self-esteem and depression in women victims of marital violence who attend the Carlos Protzel Health Center in Comas, 2021. Methodology: The hypothetical deductive method will be followed, quantitative approach, basic type, correlational descriptive scope. , non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The study population will be made up of 80 women attacked by their spouse who attend the Growth and Vaccines service of the C.S. Carlos Protzel de Comas. Esta modalidad presentacaracterísticas que lo distinguen de otros tipos de homicidios, debido a la multiplicidad de lesiones infligidas a la víctima, estos suelen ser especialmente violentos. Esta investigación, utiliza un método aplicativo, de la investigación con características de enfoque cuantitativo y que presenta un diseño no experimental, teniendo como muestra la cantidad de 80carpetas fiscales de investigación por el delito de homicidio en el periodo del año 2022 - 2023 en el Distrito Fiscal del Callao.Una vez recabados los datos, paso a ser analizados mediante el software IBM SPSS STATICS, versión 26. Utilizando el método hipotético – deductivo que formula hipótesis basadas en teorías existentes. Con un enfoque cuantitativo cuyo valor es secuencial y probatorio; de tipo aplicada o práctica. Además, se aplicó un nivel o alcance correlacional; utilizando un diseño no experimental y un muestreo no probabilístico que implica una selección basada en la conveniencia del autor, cuya población fue 854 sentencias condenatorias y 94 investigaciones preparatorias como muestra. La técnica utilizada fue el Análisis Documental con instrumento de Ficha de Captura de datos. Obteniendo como resultados, 98.94% de alcohol y 2.13% de cocaína presente en los casos de agresiones familiares, se identificó que 100.00% de Agresiones Físicas y el 25.53% de Agresión Física y Psicológica están presentes a las investigaciones preparatorias por casos violencia familiar. The study aims to determine the relationship between violence exerted by the external user and work-related stress in nurses during the pandemic in the emergency area of a hospital in Callao, 2021. This research uses the hypothetical deductive method, a basic type study, cross-sectional, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, population and sample made up of 70 graduates who work in the emergency environment of a hospital in Callao, during the COVID 19 pandemic. The survey technique is used. The variable violence exerted by the external user will be measured using the questionnaire modified by Quino 2019, the instrument is composed of 30 items and with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.81, likewise to estimate the work stress of the nursing staff, the instrument modified by Cazal 2017 will be used, which is identified with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.98, data that will be in the Excel program, to then carry out the statistical analysis in the IBM Spss 21 program. The contrast of the results will be carried out using the Chi square test and to be presented in tables and figures.Publicación Acceso abierto La Violencia Obstétrica y su incidencia en los derechos humanos de mujeres gestantes en el distrito de Lima Metropolitana, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-03-21) Morales Higinio, Yosseling Yahaira; Salazar Urbina, Daniel StefanoIntroducción: Actualmente, muchas mujeres gestantes denuncian actos de violencia ocasionados dentro del sistema de salud público y privado, el cual vulnera sus derechos humanos y fundamentales, su dignidad, trato humanizado, acceso al derecho a la salud y respeto por su elección de alumbrar a sus hijos, en función a su cultura, lengua o costumbres, considerándose un acto normalizado e invisible en los profesionales de la salud. Objetivo: Analizar cómo la Violencia Obstétrica incide en los derechos humanos de mujeres gestantes en el distrito de Lima Metropolitana, 2022. Metodología: En esta investigación se empleó un enfoque cualitativo basado en casos y análisis jurídico, método inductivo y analítico, nivel descriptivo, contando con un diseño de investigación estudio de caso, investigación tipo básica, técnica entrevista e instrumento guía de entrevista, abordado en un periodo de tiempo determinado. Resultado: La investigación demostró que la violencia obstétrica transgrede e impacta negativamente en los derechos humanos de mujeres gestantes, en la calidad de atención de la salud pública. En conclusión: La violencia obstétrica presenta falta de protocolos en los enfoques normativos, de interculturalidad, género y lengua originaria. Siendo necesario una mayor difusión e información de la violencia sanitaria en la maternidad en el marco legal peruano por medio de sanciones más rigurosas. Lo que más contribuyó con este estudio fue la información identificada de estos casos. Siendo lo más complejo la obtención de denuncias públicas en los servicios de salud de las madres gestantes por temor, desinformación y falta de educación.
