Bringing communication skills closer to different subjects of a school curriculum, is the objective of this study, aimed at children with difficulties at the attention level due to the genetic proximity maintained by the families of the populated center from which they come, without there being any investigative antecedents on the theme. With a qualitative approach methodology, through the multiple case study method, a technique of three neuropsychological tests whose instruments are Weschler Scale, NEUROPSI Battery and ENI Battery, which provide information on the real state of the children attentively, analysis of genograms that report on the familiarity that exists between them and structured interviews with teachers, with an initial population of 23 students and 12 teachers defined in 10 children and nine teachers to create ways to approximate communication skills to their subjects assertively, with the use of tools pedagogical that allow improving their academic performance, which has obvious weaknesses. Neuropsychology is taken together with educational psychology as independent categories and communication skills as a dependent category of the previous two, which are triangulated to find the emphasis of relevance in the game and the use of ICT tools, as keys to bring the communication skills to any subject and its adaptation for children with attention difficulties in this case due to the genetic rapprochement between families.

The objective of the present research is to identify the influence that the accompaniment of parents has on the education in values in the sixth-grade students of a public institution of the municipality of Montenegro, Quindío, Colombia. The approach from which it was developed was quantitative, descriptive level, through the application of an instrument that allowed knowing the perceptions of the students about the accompaniment of their parents in regard to their educational process and the transmission of values, and the interrelation between parental accompaniment (independent variable) and education in values (dependent variable) was analyzed. The values that were privileged in the study were, on the one hand, responsibility, solidarity, honesty, respect and tolerance. On the other hand, the accompaniment in time and support that parents provide their children. The study is based on an analysis of sources close to the perspective of this research. As a conclusion and discussion, the importance of the support of parents in the processes of education in values in students is highlighted, because they are beginning another stage of their academic formation and the presence of the values that was mentioned on the research will help them to obtain better academic results and a more successful life.

One of the constant concerns of those who are part of the public education system is the access, retention and successful continuity of children from early years. Reason why it has been recognized that harmonic transitions play an important role in the assurance of their social, psychological and biological stability, essential factors in the teaching and learning processes, both at the initial level and form the following academic degrees. Based on this recognition, it is intended to determine how the application of articulation strategies linked to harmonic transitions improves school adaptation in children passing from early childhood to first grade, at Guillermo Valencia school in Cali, in 2019. Therefore, an applied type research was carried out, whose quantitative approach, presented an experimental design, of quasi experimental level with pre-test and post-test in intact groups, with census sample. As a result, it was established that articulations strategies joined harmonic transitions impact positively scholar adaptation in biological, psychological and social aspects.

Adolescencia, prematuridad y peso al nacer asociado a la mortalidad neonatal en el Hospital María Auxiliadora Lima-Perú, 2018-2019

This research aimed to determine the association between adolescence, prematurity, and birth weight with neonatal mortality at the Maria Auxiliadora Hospital, between the years 2018 and 2019. The method is hypothetical deductive with a quantitative approach, applied of Cases and Controls design, the sample was 98 cases and 98 controls, paired 1:1, random sampling, the multivariate logistic regression analysis and the Chi2 test were performed for the hypothesis testing. The results obtained from the multivariate analysis statistical test p= 0, 02 for prematurity, p= 0,000 for low birth weight, p= 0,000, for adolescence, all the values of p <0,05 which there is an association with neonatal mortality; being explanatory, it allows predicting the probability of risk of neonatal death occurring when the mother is a teenager, premature and newborn with extremely low weight, being the risk impact of 96%, otherwise, if the mother is an adult and is pregnant at term and with a live birth with normal weight, the risk impact is only 9%; neonatal death are 35% with extremely low weight, 73% are premature and 62% occur in teenage mothers. As a conclusion, maternal and neonatal risk factors are associated with neonatal mortality and a higher frequency of deaths occur within the first 7 days and with extremely low birth weight.

Alineamiento curricular: experiencias en la formación inicial docente de educación primaria de un Instituto Superior Pedagógico - Lima 2021

The aim of the research is to analyse the process of curricular alignment in the formative proposal of the primary education syllabus of an Institute of Higher Pedagogical Education in Lima. The approach of the study is qualitative with a phenomenological design. The information was collected through the analysis of curricular documents and semistructured interviews applied to managers and teachers of the primary education curriculum involved in the processes of curriculum management, which allowed the description and interpretation of the experiences of the participants on the phenomenon of study. The discussion describes the meaning and specific nature of the curriculum alignment processes related to achieving coherence in the incorporation and approach of the National Basic Curriculum Design (DCBN) of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) in the institutional training proposal, as well as the implications of assuming the transversality of research and preprofessional practice, and its alignment in the syllabuses of the courses and modules of the curriculum. The conclusions show the starting point of the process of curriculum alignment from the experience of the training institution, the importance of the consistency of the messages for constructive alignment, the relevance of integrative projects in the articulation of the curriculum and for the development of research skills and reflective pedagogical practice.

Alteraciones dentales de número, ubicación y localización en el maxilar. Estudio radiográfico en la población peruana. 2011-2020

Objective: To determine the relationship that exists between dental anomalies of number with the location in the oral cavity and the location in the jaws. Radiographic study in the Peruvian population. 2011-2020. Method: Quantitative approach, nonexperimental design applied type and correlation level in a universe of 8,000 panoramic radiographs of Peruvian patients of both sexes between 6 and 12 years old from the city of Lima, Peru. The sample was estimated with a precision of 3%, an expected proportion of 10% and a confidence level of 99%, obtaining 614 radiographic images selected by the simple random method. Results: Number abnormalities in 13,5% of cases with 7,3% agenesis and 6,2% supernumerary, 11,8% occurred in women and 15,7% in men, 8,6% and 4,4% in the upper and lower jaw respectively (p = 0,000). 51,1% of agenesis were in the lower jaw and 44,4% in the upper one. 86,8% of supernumeraries were in the upper jaw and 10,5% in the lower jaw, finding a statistically significant difference (p = 0,000). Conclusions: The frequency of anomalies is within that reported in the literature. Mostly located in the upper jaw with a statistically significant difference between both jaws. Agenesis did not show a statistical relationship with location and localization, unlike supernumerary teeth, which did show a statistically significant relationship with these variables.

Análisis de la reforma educativa en el diseño curricular durante el gobierno militar en el Perú, en los años 1972- 1980

The study aimed to describe how the educational reform addresses the curricular design during the military government in the years 1972-1980. The research method used is functionalist, the research approach is qualitative, the research design corresponds to the case study. For the analysis of the data, three main themes raised in the research were chosen, namely, educational reform, curricular design and military government. In this sense, the educational reform of the military government proposed the total eradication of illiteracy and the schooling of the entire population. In this way, it was proposed to bring new elements taking as a reference the Peruvian reality, the isolation of a large part of the population, the lack of educational coverage, the shortage of teachers and the need for a curricular reform in which the first thing is knowledge of the country, topics that none of the previous ones had proposed. This educational reform had an accelerated end after the death of Augusto Salazar Bondy, who was one of the main leaders and ideologues of the reform, the fall of the Velasco regime, the conflict with the teachers' union that was not consulted, the lack of of continuity during the second phase of the military government with General Francisco Morales Bermúdez and the sudden death registered in 1980 with the return of Fernando Belaunde who proposed its total destruction.

Análisis de la supremacía constitucional de los derechos fundamentales en materia laboral individual en las sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional durante el periodo 2007-2016

The present investigation is based on determining the relationship between the Constitutional Supremacy and the sentences of the Constitutional Court, in individual labor matters, for which a general negative hypothesis has been formulated, while it is proposed that the sentences of the Constitutional Court in Individual labor matters are not related to the concept of Constitutional Supremacy, since for its drafting the fundamental labor rights protected by the Magna Carta are not considered. In order to carry out this investigation, the Constitutional Court judgments in individual labor matters, from 2007 to 2016, which total 759 sentences and a sample of 86 sentences of the referred period have been taken as a population. Two qualitative variables have been considered, the first referring to the constitutional supremacy of fundamental labor rights and the second variable concerning the judgments of the Constitutional Court in individual labor matters. For the purposes of the investigation, variable 1, constitutional supremacy of fundamental rights in labor matters, has been operationalized, which is operationalized in two dimensions on the application of standards, in the same way variable 2, judgments of the Constitutional Court in labor matters individual, in five dimensions, that constitute the fundamental constitutional labor rights that are protected in the amparo process that are raised by affectation to this type of rights; For this, the right to dignity, work as duty and right, the right to equal opportunities without discrimination, the right to the inalienable nature of the rights recognized by the Constitution and the law, and the right to interpretation have been considered favorable to the worker in case of insurmountable doubt about the meaning of a norm. For the purposes of data collection, a Data Collection Card has been prepared, in order to record the results values of the indicators, which consist in the application or not of the fundamental rights in the text of the sentences, obtaining dichotomous results. From the result of the collection of the information obtained, making the verification of these data, it has been found that only 25.58% of the component judgments of the sample base their position on a fundamental right, of which 9.1% apply for resolution of the sentence constitutional principles, which is equivalent to two sentences out of a total of 22 sentences. On the other hand, it is found that 45.5% of sentences that are part of this group of sentences that base their position on a fundamental right, apply norms with the rank of law in their livelihood. By these data it is confirmed that the sentences of the Constitutional Court in individual labor matters, have no constitutional basis in their foundations, confirming the general hypothesis raised, although statistically it has been found that the database worked is not significant.

Análisis del nivel felicidad y su impacto en el rendimiento académico e inserción laboral de los egresados de ingeniería de una universidad de Lima 2020

In different societies or cultures it has been considered that happy people are successful in multiple aspects of life, which implies a causality between success and happiness. The present study aimed to analyze happiness and its impact on the academic performance and job placement of university graduates. The research was developed under a hypothetical deductive method, of the correlational descriptive type, with a non-experimental design. The population was defined as all 2020 engineering graduates from a private university in the city of Lima-Peru. The instrument used to measure happiness was the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, which consists of 29 items with answers on a six-point Likert scale, with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.823, 2 questions were added to know the employment situation and the academic performance was obtained from the weighted averages; To complement the results, the interview technique was used, collecting descriptive information according to the guide prepared; In the conclusions, a significant relationship between the happiness variable and academic performance was confirmed, since 60% of graduates with a high level of happiness belonged to the upper third. Likewise, with a Chi-square statistic of 0.750 with p = 0.400, it was found that happiness was not significantly related to the labor insertion of the graduates belonging to the upper third. This research contributes in Peru to the research line of cognitive processes, learning psychology and educational psychology.

The educational programs are structured in order to provide the student with a comprehensive training with an analytical and reflective attitude, taking into consideration their relationship with the environment and the community. University social responsibility (RSU) is present in the training of students in a transversal way, in their: Responsible campus, professional and civic training, social management of knowledge and social participation. RSU is a commitment that all people must assume individually and with the community. The objective of the research was to evaluate the graduate profile of the doctoral program in health from a private university in Lima and its contribution to University Social Responsibility. The research was developed with a qualitative approach, the research design is phenomenological, the interview was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting information. As a result of the study, it was evidenced that the university promotes the activities of social responsibility of the people who make up the university and include social responsibility issues in the development of subjects in the study programs in order to support society in the solution of their problems and the need to work on social responsibility issues in research subjects is mentioned. It is concluded that the doctoral program in health of a university in Lima, contributes from the field of health university social responsibility actions.

The research was carried out in a time of pandemic, where education was developed in a time full of emotions of uncertainty, fear and hope, thus showing the need for certain capacities of teachers to carry out their pedagogical practice successfully. For reason, the objective of the research analyzed the incidence of creativity and socio-emotional capacity of 9 cases of teachers in Bogotá, and how they affect their pedagogical practice in 2020. The inductive method, qualitative approach, phenomenological design and study are used. of cases. The sample was selective, for which 3 teachers from official schools, 3 teachers from private schools and 3 teachers from agreed schools will be chosen. The TECA test to measure emotional intelligence, the CREA test to analyze creative intelligence, a Checklist and an in-depth interview were applied to analyze the pedagogical practice category. Each of the instruments was validated by 10 experts in the area. The application of instruments was divided, so as not to interrupt the teachers' work time. the investigation was fruitful for later studies of educational psychology.

The low results achieved by Colombian students in national and international tests in mathematics are known, therefore, and as an improvement plan, all educational institutions have set out to improve the quality of the provision of educational services. That is why this research seeks to determine to what extent the application of learning tools in virtual environments strengthens Geometric Thinking in fifth grade students of the Jhon F. Kennedy Educational Institution in Barrancabermeja, Colombia in 2019. The research had a quantitative approach, with a quasiexperimental design, which set the objective of measuring the incidence of one variable under study under the effect of another in a school context. It was used in a survey by means of a questionnaire to collect information on the teaching-learning process of mathematics, which took into account the informational and practical dimensions, use of didactic resources, evaluation and accompaniment, and attitudinal; and a knowledge test that included the first three levels of the Van Hiele model. Statistical methods were used for data analysis, and Student's t-test for hypothesis tests. Finally, as a result, it was possible to determine that the application of learning tools in virtual environments favorably affects the development of geoometric thinking of fifth-grade primary school students at the John F. Kenendy educational institution, and as a conclusion it was established that the The application of learning tools in virtual environments improved the level of performance of the development of geometric thinking in the fifth grade students of the John F. Kenendy Institution in the two experimental groups, since according to the post-test tests, a significant difference was found of means for the control and experimental groups, thereby accepting the general alternative hypothesis raised.

La aplicación de las TIC y los resultado de las pruebas saber 11 en la educación media del departamento de Santander – Colombia, año 2015

Across thesis presents the results of the tests to know versus application of the TIC in the average education of the department of Santander, as input and scientific contribution of the Social Sciences to the bet of the Department of National Education, in the improvement of the Quality of the Education of Colombia. Being the department of Santander, one of the departments better organized in Education, departing from the interest and decentralization of the resources and the same organization, on having possessed six Certified Secretariats of Education, which from the look in context as Territorial Entity, filter and are given to the task of thinking about the educational practices that reach to every municipality or environment. It is an investigation with quantitative approach, of type descriptive, level correlacional, inductive method and not experimental design. Of a total population of 694 Educational Institutions that possess the level of average education in the department of Santander, for the accomplishment a random sample of 248 took of them, which decided on having realized a sampling stratified by proportional fixation and later a probable random simple sampling with a margin of mistake of 5 % and confidence level of 95 %. The instrument was designed for the compilation of information, structured questionnaire. A general hypothesis and three specific ones appeared, for whose analysis was in use the coefficient of PEARSON's correlation, With what it was possible to check the trend and the influence of the dimensions Sets TIC, Administrative Management and Social Context with relation to the dimension Proved You Try To know 11. Aplicación de mentefactos conceptuales para desarrollar aprendizaje significativo de conceptos sociales en estudiantes de grado noveno, Colombia – 2020

The research sought for determining what extent the application of conceptual facts develops meaningful learning of social concepts in ninth grade students of the I.E. Pio Alberto Ferro Peña 2020. It is a quantitative, applied research, with an experimental design and a quasi-experimental level. I worked with a population of 500 students, corresponding to the secondary section of the I.E. mentioned and with a sample of 80 students. Information was collected through two questionnaires; on the independent variable and the dependent variable, respectively; both applied as pretest and posttest, the intervention to the control group was 24 sessions. Reliability was determined through Cronbach's alpha, with a value of 0.825. The validation of the instruments was carried out through the judgment of experts. Statistically, through the Mann Whitney U test at a significance level of 0.05, it was found that the application of “mentefactos conceptuales“ influences the development of meaningful learning of social concepts in the population under study.

Aplicación de secuencia didáctica de resolución de conflictos para mejorar el clima social de aula en estudiantes, Colombia-2019

The research entitled “application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence to improve the social climate of the classroom in students, Colombia- 2019” aimed to determine the extent to which the application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence from the subject of Chair de la Paz improves the social climate of the classroom in EI group 7-1 Pío Alberto Ferro Peña de Chiquinquirá Technique -2019. It is a quantitative research, of an applied type, with an experimental design, of a quasi-experimental level. We worked with a population of 500 students and a sample of 80 students, 40 in the control group and 40 in the experimental group. The degree of reliability of the instruments was established through Cronbach's alpha is 0.885 and validation through expert judgment. With loan and poles to the two groups. The conclusion is that the application of the intervention significantly improves the classroom climate in group 7-1 of the I.E. Aplicación de un programa educativo de primeros auxilios sobre los conocimientos y actitudes en sub-oficiales de la policía de tránsito, Cusco 2021

Educational Programs are actions that help to solve problems in different situations encountered, allowing them to modify performances and attitudes to improve their professional and human capacity. Therefore, it is necessary to provide educational programs in First Aid since immediate and rapid action in different emergency situations will guarantee to save many lives by reducing the rates of morbidity, mortality and disabilities as a consequence of an accident that was not attended in a timely manner. This study focuses on evaluating the results of the Application of the First Aid Educational Program at the level of knowledge and attitudes of the Cusco District Traffic Police. The applied methodology was a quasi-experimental study with an intervention group, applied to 80 SubOfficers of the Traffic Police, a Form of 25 questions for the level of knowledge and 6 for the level of attitudes was used as an instrument, validated by Judgment of Experts and pilot test. In relation to the results before the Application of the Educational Program, the level of knowledge was at a basic level (remember) with 78.7%, medium level (Understands) 17.5%, medium-high level (applies) and high level (analyzes) 0%. And in the level of attitudes with 22.5% they were at a low level, 65.0% medium and 12.5% high. After the application of the educational program, the results could be reversed showing an improvement in the level of knowledge with 0% at the basic level, medium 1.3%, medium high 7.5% and the high level 91.2% in relation to the level of attitudes 0 % in the low, medium 7.5% and high 92.5% level, from these results it was possible to reach the following conclusions; The application of the educational program in first aid improves the level of knowledge and attitudes in all its components, in the sub-officers of the Traffic Police, checking the hypothesis with a significance value of .000, by obtaining greater knowledge, skill, availability Immediate resolution of problematic situations that arise in their professional and personal work, saving the lives of people or victims who are in emergency situations.

Aplicación del Programa de Articulación Educativa y su relación con el desarrollo profesional de los egresados de la Institución Universitaria Antonio José Camacho en la ciudad de Cali, Colombia, 2012 - 2014

Higher education plays a crucial role in human development in all its dimensions. The effectiveness of it depends on the objectives and goals of the graduates are achieved. Successful graduates means success of the model applied in step by the university. The "Articulación Educativa" that is developed at the University José Antonio Camacho Institution of Cali, known as "Adelante U", began its implementation in 2010. The target of this research takes a diagnostic impact model graduates from the first to the third cohort, from three points of view. First, determine if the academic performance of students in the program, showing improvement during their time at university. Then assesses whether students achieved that graduates continue to higher education in this or another institution and finally sets whether the academic training received led to a better opportunity to enter the workforce. The research is done under a correlational methodology between the program or model offered and the three aspects cited. The results will indicate the pertinence of the program in favor of the continuity in the higher education, the improvement of the academic performance and the insertion in the labor life. The conclusions are based on the results of the correlations made. The results indicate a negative incidence in terms of labor insertion since the percentage goes from 14% in the first cohort to 4% in the second and 0% in the third. With regard to student dropout, the results show 27%, 3% and 0% in the same order of cohorts in terms of secondary education and 72%, 33% and 5% in relation to dropout of the model. Finally, in academic performance, 83% present results in the first 500 positions and 17% are placed after the position 500 out of a thousand.

El aprendizaje de la matemática y los procesos cognitivos en la solución de tareas con razones trigonométricas en la Institución Educativa Pompilio Martínez de Cajicá, Colombia

The present investigation entitled the "The learning of mathematics and cognitive processes in the solution of tasks with trigonometric ratios in the educational institution Pompilio Martínez de Cajicá, Colombia". The general objective was to establish the relationship between cognitive processes and the learning of mathematics in tenth grade students of the educational institute, Pompilio Martínez of Cajicá, when they solve tasks of trigonometric ratios, mediated by the pedagogical planning of didactic units. The research is quantitative, with a quasi-experimental design of descriptive transactional type. We worked with a sample of 299 students representing 22% of the population of the school. To collect the information, each student was given a multiple-choice questionnaire with a single true answer. The level of validity and degree of confidentiality was measured with test-retest and expert validation. Then, for the implementation of the didactic unit of trigonometric reasons seen through multiple lenses of the sample, a group of thirty, tenth grade students was taken. The results of the questionnaire allow to affirm that 48% of the students of the sample managed to highlight the dimensions of the learning of mathematics and the dimensions of the cognitive processes but 52% of the students have difficulties to raise and answer their own questions of mathematics. The results of the final evaluation of trigonometric ratios, revealed that 74% of the students of the experimental group learned the subject of trigonometric reasons, while, the control group only 49%, showed learning of the subject. From the research, it is concluded that there is a relationship between cognitive processes and the learning of mathematics, in tenth grade students of the educational institution, Pompilio Martínez, Cajica, Colombia; when they solve tasks with trigonometric ratios mediated by the pedagogical planning of didactic units.

Asunción de la concreción del proyecto de tesis de posgrado y la asesoría integral en egresados de una universidad nacional de Lima, 2020

The objective of the study was to analyze the perceptions of non-graduate graduates of a national university in Lima, 2020, on the completion of the thesis project and the comprehensive advice to achieve it. Regarding the methodology, the qualitative approach and phenomenological design were adopted, in a group of graduate graduates volunteers who had not elaborated the thesis project, configuring a self-selected sample case in whom the research was undertaken through an in-depth interview in a process of integral counseling, documenting the records observed in the educational meetings by audiovisual means with tools of the virtual scenario. As for the results, the testimonies of the participants, added to the field notes described the category 'concretion of the thesis project' expressing the limitations and barriers perceived by the subjects of study in the construction of the thesis project, they also recognized the importance of academic accompaniment, thematic orientation and methodological guidance in the provision of 'integral advising', second category. The conclusion of the study points out the insecurity and lack of knowledge perceived by the participants regarding the meaning and implication of the contents in the construction of the postgraduate research protocol, admitting that they should reinforce their commitment in the research practice, as well as the benefit of the interaction in the advising process, which highlights the permanent reflection that connotes the tutor's responsibility in the academic, thematic and methodological domains, for the achievement of the accomplishment.

Capacidad funcional básica e instrumental asociada a la calidad de vida en adultos mayores y discapacitados de un centro de salud de Lima, 2021

The objective of this study was to determine the association between basic and instrumental functional capacity and quality of life in elderly and disabled adults in a Lima 2021 Health Center. A quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study was carried out in a sample of 150 participants, elderly and disabled, who were selected through a census sampling. Three instruments were applied to them to measure the study variables. Barthel scale to measure the Basic Functional Capacity variable, Lawton and Brody scale to measure the Instrumental Functional Capacity variable and the FUMAT Scale to measure Quality of Life. Among the results, it was found that 49% of the participants indicated being independent in basic functional capacity, 40% indicated independence in instrumental functional capacity and 52% indicated having a high level of quality of life. It was also possible to demonstrate that there is a direct correlation between the study variables through Spearman's Rho coefficient, which resulted in 0.803. Finally, the study concludes that there is a relationship between Basic and Instrumental Functional Capacity and Quality of Life.
