Seguridad del paciente y calidad de cuidado del profesional de enfermería en emergencias de un hospital de Lima Norte-2025

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizará con el objetivo de: “Determinar la relación entre la seguridad del paciente y calidad de cuidado del profesional de enfermería en emergencias de un Hospital de Lima Norte-2025” Materiales y métodos: El estudio seguirá el enfoque hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño cuantitativo, transversal, no experimental y de alcance correlacional, lo que condescenderá obtener resultados alineados con los objetivos planteados. La población estará compuesta por 100 profesionales de enfermería. Para evaluar las dos variables, se emplearán la técnica de la encuesta y la observación, utilizando dos cuestionarios validados previamente por el estudio de Laura y Astete (2021). La confiabilidad de dichos instrumentos fue determinada mediante el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach, obteniéndose valores de 0,860 para la primera variable y 0,952 para la segunda. El análisis de datos se realizará mediante el software Excel y SPSS. Para determinar la relación estadística entre las variables, se aplicará la prueba Rho de Spearman.

The present investigation will be carried out with the objective of: "Determining the relationship between patient safety and quality of care of the nursing professional in emergencies of a Hospital in Lima Center-2025" Materials and Methods: the present investigation will be carried out according to the method hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental and correlational approach, which will allow obtaining expected results in accordance with the proposed objectives. The population will be made up of 80 nurses. To measure the two variables, the technique to be used will be the survey and the observation with two questionnaires as instruments respectively, the same ones that will be validated by the work of Laura and Astete 2021, whose reliability will be estimated by means of Cronbach's Alpha test, receiving a value of 0.860 for variable 1, and 0.952 for variable 2. Using Excel and the statistical software (SPSS) and to statistically analyze the relationship between the two significant variables, Spearman's Rho will be used.
