Funcionalidad familiar y depresión en adultos de un centro de salud mental comunitario de Lima, 2025

Abstract

El estudio busca medir el nivel de relación entre la funcionalidad familiar y la depresión en adultos de un centro de salud mental comunitario de Lima, 2025. Materiales y Metodología: El estudio se desarrollará bajo el método hipotético-deductivo, respaldado por el paradigma cuantitativo siendo un tipo aplicado y no experimental, de corte transversal y alcance correlacional. La muestra estará conformada por 85 pacientes diagnosticados con episodios depresivos que asisten a un Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario. Se utilizará la encuesta como técnica de reunir los datos y como instrumentos el cuestionario FF-SIL para evaluar la funcionalidad familiar y la escala de Zung para medir el nivel de depresión. La data se analizada estadísticamente con el SPSS 24.0, cuidando la correcta digitación para evitar errores. A un nivel descriptivo como inferencial mediante el Rho de Spearman.

The study seeks to measure the level of relationship between family functionality and depression in adults from a community mental health center in Lima, 2025. Materials and Methodology: The study will be developed under the hypothetical-deductive method, supported by the quantitative paradigm being an applied and non-experimental type, with a cross-sectional and correlational scope. The sample will be made up of 85 patients diagnosed with depressive episodes who attend a Community Mental Health Center. The survey will be used as a data collection technique and the FF-SIL questionnaire will be used as instruments to assess family functionality and the Zung scale to measure the level of depression. The data is statistically analyzed with SPSS 24.0, taking care of the correct typing to avoid errors. At a descriptive and inferential level using Spearman's Rho.
