Comunicación asertiva del profesional de enfermería y adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso esquema sensible de pacientes en establecimientos de salud de Lima Este, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación de la comunicación asertiva del profesional de Enfermería en la adherencia del tratamiento antituberculoso de los pacientes. Investigación cuantitativa con diseño no experimental, descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, la muestra fue de 40 pacientes que llevaron tratamiento antituberculoso esquema sensible en los establecimientos de salud en DIRIS Lima Este, aplicándose como técnica una encuesta a los pacientes y recolectando información sobre su adherencia al tratamiento de TB. Los resultados fueron analizados con el programa IBM SPSS versión 25 y se realizó el análisis inferencial buscando la asociación entre variables por lo cual se utilizó la prueba estadística Rho de Spearman. De los 40 pacientes encuestados, se observó, que dentro del grupo de pacientes que fueron adherentes 35 (87.5%), encontramos que 3 (7.5%) no tuvieron una comunicación adecuada, 3 (7.5%) fue de comunicación media y 29 (72.5%) tuvieron una comunicación adecuada, a su vez en el grupo de paciente no adherentes 5 (12.5%), observamos 1 (2.5%) tuvieron una comunicación media y 4 (10%) fue de comunicación adecuada. Dado que el valor de Rho de Spearman (-0.010) tiene signo negativo, además que el p-valor (0.952) es mayor que el alfa (0.05), por lo tanto, no se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Según los datos obtenidos, se logra determinar que no existe relación entre la comunicación asertiva del profesional de Enfermería y la adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso de los pacientes que acuden a los EESS en DIRIS Lima Este.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the assertive communication of the Nursing professional in the adherence of the anti-tuberculous treatment of the patients. Quantitative research with a non-experimental, descriptive correlational cross-sectional design, the sample was 40 patients who received antituberculous treatment sensitive scheme in health facilities in DIRIS East Lima, applying a survey to patients as a technique and collecting information on their adherence to treatment. The results were analyzed with the IBM SPSS version 25 program and the inferential analysis was performed looking for the association between variables, for which the Spearman's Rho statistical test was used. Of the 40 patients surveyed, it was observed that within the group of patients who were adherent 35 (87.5%), we found that 3 (7.5%) did not have adequate communication, 3 (7.5%) had medium communication and 29 (72.5 %) had adequate communication, in turn in the group of non-adherent patients 5 (12.5%), we observed 1 (2.5%) had average communication and 4 (10%) had adequate communication. Since the Spearman's Rho value (-0.010) has a negative sign, in addition to the fact that the p-value (0.952) is greater than the alpha (0.05), therefore, the null hypothesis is not rejected. According to the data obtained, it is possible to determine that there is no relationship between the assertive communication of the Nursing professional and the adherence to the anti-tuberculous treatment of the patients who attend the EESS in DIRIS East Lima.
