Implantación del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 y calidad de servicio de los docentes tiempo completo de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener para el año 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar en qué medida la Implantación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 influye en el Calidad de Servicio de los Docentes tiempo completo de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener para el año 2018. Tipo de investigación: El tipo de investigación es aplicada, el nivel del estudio es explicativo. Diseño y método de la investigación: De método y diseño correlacional. Población y muestra: La muestra está constituida de 57 Docentes a Tiempo Completo. Se tomó el instrumento elaborado por el investigador, que es el Cuestionario de SGC basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 y Calidad de Servicio, el cual tiene 6 dimensiones. Prueba de hipótesis: En la contratación de la hipótesis el coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman es igual a 0.853, esto indica que existe una correlación positiva de la variable 1 SGC basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 con la variable 2 Servicio de Calidad. Asimismo, el nivel de significancia (sig. = 0.000) es menor del p valor 0.05, por lo tanto, se acepta la hipótesis alterna (Ha) y se rechaza la hipótesis nula (H0). Conclusión: Se determino la influencia de la SGC basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 en la Calidad de Servicio. Asimismo, se estableció la influencia de Compromiso con la Administración y Liderazgo, Enfoque en el cliente y Sistemas de auditorías de la calidad en la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener para el año 2018.

The main objective of this research is to determine to what extent the implementation of the Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard influences the Quality of Service with full-time Teachers of the Private University Norbert Wiener for the year 2018. Type of research: The type of research is basic, the level of the study is explanatory. Design and method of the investigation: Of method and correlational design. Population and sample: The sample consists of 57 full-time teachers. The instrument developed by the researcher was taken, which is the QMS Questionnaire based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and Quality of Service, which has 6 dimensions. Hypothesis test: In the contracting of the hypothesis the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is equal to 0.853, this indicates that there is a positive correlation of the independent variable SGC based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard with the variable Quality Service. Also, the level of significance (sig. = 0.000) is less than p value 0.05, therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion: The influence of the SGC based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard on Quality of Service was determined. Likewise, the influence of Commitment with Administration and Leadership, Customer Focus and Quality Audit Systems was established at the Private University Norbert Wiener for the year 2018.
