Nivel de necesidad de psicoprofilaxis obstétrica en las gestantes del centro de salud estratégico de Putina, 2023

Abstract

Este estudio pretende determinar el grado de necesidad de psicoprofilaxis obstétrica entre las mujeres embarazadas que acudieron al Centro de Salud Estratégico de Putina a lo largo de 2023.Es un estudio retrospectivo descriptivo y trasversal, la muestra fue de 150 parturientas que fueron atendidas durante el año 2023 en el Centro de Salud Estratégico de Putina, encontrándose en sus resultados que un 13.33% son gestantes adolescentes y un 11.33% gestantes añosas, en cuanto al grado de instrucción el 77% de gestantes tienen desde primaria incompleta hasta quinto de secundaria, un 8% son gestantes adolescentes y solteras, un 9% de gestantes son estudiantes de secundaria, como antecedentes se tiene que el 6% presento preeclampsia antes de este embarazo, tienen un índice de masa corporal inadecuado el 29% de gestantes, talla baja un 11%, 14% de gestantes tiene más de tres embarazos anteriores, el 42% son primigestas, el 26% de gestantes tiene uno o dos abortos como antecedente, el 11.3% tiene cesárea anterior, periodo intergenésico menor a 2 años hay un 48% y 38% tiene más de 4 años de periodo intergenésico el cual llega hasta los 16 años y el 76% tiene un incremento de peso inadecuado en el embarazo actual. El 94% se enfermó con infecciones urinarias, anemia y preeclampsia. El 23% de partos se complicaron con desgarros de primer y segundo grado, ruptura de cérvix, hemorragias por atonía uterina; como complicaciones del puerperio en un 28% se tiene mastitis, infección de herida post operatoria, anemia severa e infecciones urinarias. De los 150 partos el 32.7% termino en cesárea, 3.3% aborto incompleto y el 64% parto vaginal. Concluyendo que fue muy necesario la psicoprofilaxis obstétrica en las gestantes atendidas en el Centro de Salud Estratégico de Putina.

The objective of this research is to determine the level of need for Obstetric Psychoprophylaxis in pregnant women attending the Putina Strategic Health Center during the year 2023. It is a descriptive and cross-sectional retrospective study, the sample was of 150 parturients who were attended during the year 2023 at the Strategic Health Center of Putina, finding in its results that 13.33% are pregnant adolescents and 11. As for the level of education, 77% of pregnant women have from incomplete primary school to fifth year of secondary school, 8% are single adolescent pregnant women, 9% of pregnant women are high school students, 6% had preeclampsia before this pregnancy, 29% of pregnant women have an inadequate body mass index, 11% are short, 14% of pregnant women have more than three previous pregnancies, 42% are primigravida, 26% of pregnant women have one or two abortions as a history, 11.3% have had a previous cesarean section, and 11.3% have a previous cesarean section. 3% have a previous cesarean section, 48% have an inter-gestational period of less than 2 years and 38% have more than 4 years of inter gestational period which reaches 16 years and 76% have an inadequate weight gain in the current pregnancy. 94% became ill with urinary tract infections, anemia and preeclampsia. Twenty-three percent of deliveries were complicated by first and second degree tears, rupture of the cervix, hemorrhages due to uterine atony; 28% had mastitis, postoperative wound infection, severe anemia and urinary infections as complications of the puerperium. Of the 150 deliveries, 32.7% ended in cesarean section, 3.3% incomplete abortion and 64% vaginal delivery. In conclusion, obstetric psychoprophylaxis was very necessary for the pregnant women attended at the Putina Strategic Health Center.
