Información sobre intervención quirúrgica y ansiedad en pacientes prequirúrgicos de cirugía de un nosocomio de Lima, 2025

Abstract

Los pacientes sometidos a intervención quirúrgica deben de pasar por procedimientos que pueden tener un impacto negativo en su estado de ánimo, más aún si no tienen claro el panorama respecto a todo lo que involucra la cirugía. A pesar de ello, se ha detectado que la información que brindan los enfermeros muchas veces no es suficiente, dejando dudas e inquietudes que generan cuadros de ansiedad en los pacientes. Objetivo: Determinar vínculo de la información sobre intervención quirúrgica y ansiedad en pacientes prequirúrgicos de cirugía de un nosocomio de Lima 2025. Metodología: deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo; no experimental, alcance correlacional, transversal. Recolección de los datos será técnica encuesta. empleados instrumentos como el cuestionario para medir la variable información sobre intervención quirúrgica que obtuvo una confiabilidad por KR20 de 0.810 y otro cuestionario para medir la variable ansiedad una confiabilidad por Alfa de Cronbach. 0.86. Para procesar los datos se empleará una matriz elaborada en Excel, que permitirá la posterior exportación al SPSS vs. 27, software donde se realizarán las estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales. Utilizando el Rho Spearman podremos determinar la relación que pueda ver entre las variables.

Patients undergoing surgical intervention must go through procedures that can have a negative impact on their mood, especially if they do not have a clear understanding of everything the surgery involves. Despite this, it has been detected that the information provided by nurses is often insufficient, leaving doubts and concerns that generate anxiety in patients. Objective: To determine the link between information about surgical intervention and anxiety in pre-surgical patients at a hospital in Lima, 2025. Methodology: Deductive, with a quantitative approach; non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional. Data collection will be conducted through the survey technique. The instruments used include a questionnaire to measure the 'information about surgical intervention' variable, which obtained a KR20 reliability of 0.810, and another questionnaire to measure the 'anxiety' variable with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.86. To process the data, a matrix created in Excel will be used, allowing for subsequent export to SPSS v. 27, where descriptive and inferential statistics will be performed. Using Spearman's Rho, we will be able to determine the relationship that may exist between the variables.
