Carga y desempeño laboral de la enfermera en la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2023

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la carga y el desempeño laboral de la enfermera de la unidad de cuidados intensivos del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, metodológicamente es un estudio hipotético deductivo enfoque cuantitativo de alcance correlacional no experimental transversal ,la muestra censal es de 120 enfermeras, para la recolección de datos se utilizó dos instrumentos la guía observacional TISS 28 para la variable carga laboral y cuestionario para la variable desempeño laboral; los resultados indicaron que existe relación inversa entre la carga y el desempeño laboral con un p = 0,000 y un Rho de Spearman de -0.383, refiriendo que a mayor carga laboral disminuye el desempeño laboral; la relación del primer objetivo cuyo p= 0,000 y Rho de Spearman de -0.371, refiere a una relación inversa entre la carga laboral y la competencia cognitiva, la relación del segundo objetivo cuyo valor p=0,000 y Rho de Spearman de -0.362, refiere una relación inversa entre la carga laboral y las competencias actitudinales y sociales; y la relación del tercer objetivo cuyo valor p = 0,000 y Rho de Spearman de -0.371, refiere que existe una relación inversa entre la carga laboral y las competencias de capacidad técnica; concluimos que existe relación negativa media entre las variables de estudio con una significativa estadística ( p < 0,05) es decir una relación inversa entre la carga y el desempeño laboral.

Methodologically, it is a hypothetical deductive study, a quantitative approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional correlational scope, the census sample It consists of 120 nurses. For data collection, two instruments were used: the TISS 28 observational guide for the workload variable and a questionnaire for the work performance variable; The results indicated that there is an inverse relationship between workload and job performance with p = 0.000 and a Spearman's Rho of -0.383, referring that a higher workload decreases job performance; the relationship of the first objective whose p= 0.000 and Spearman's Rho of -0.371, refers to an inverse relationship between workload and cognitive competence, the relationship of the second objective whose value p=0.000 and Spearman's Rho of -0.362, refers an inverse relationship between workload and attitudinal and social skills; and the relationship of the third objective whose value p = 0.000 and Spearman's Rho of -0.371, refers that there is an inverse relationship between workload and technical capacity skills; We conclude that there is a mean negative relationship between the study variables with a statistically significant (p < 0.05), that is, an inverse relationship between workload and job performance.
