Prácticas de autocuidado y calidad de vida en pacientes renales crónicos del hospital EsSalud de Huacho, 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación tendrá como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre las prácticas de autocuidado y la calidad de vida en pacientes renales crónicos del Hospital EsSalud de Huacho, 2024. Metodología: será un estudio basado en el método hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, alcance correlacional y corte transversal. Población: la población estará conformada por 80 pacientes renales crónicos. La técnica utilizada será la encuesta, como instrumento se empleará el cuestionario, para medir las prácticas de autocuidado el cuestionario de autocuidado y para la calidad de vida el cuestionario de salud (SF-36), ambos cumplen con criterios de validez y confiabilidad. El análisis estadístico se realizará a través de Microsoft Excel y SPSS, se desarrollará el proceso estadístico, se interpretarán con tablas y gráficos, se evaluará el grado de relación de ambas variables a través del coeficiente de Rho de Spearman para la comprobación de las hipótesis de estudio.

The present investigation will aim to: Determine the relationship between self-care practices and quality of life in chronic kidney patients at the EsSalud Hospital in Huacho, 2024. Methodology: it will be a study based on the hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type, correlational scope and cross-sectional. Population: the population will be made up of 80 chronic kidney patients. The technique used will be the survey, as an instrument the questionnaire will be used, to measure self-care practices the self-care questionnaire and for quality of life the health questionnaire (SF-36), both meet validity and reliability criteria. The statistical analysis will be carried out through Microsoft Excel and SPSS, the statistical process will be developed, they will be interpreted with tables and graphs, the degree of relationship of both variables will be evaluated through the Spearman coefficient or Spearman's Rho to verify the study hypotheses.
