Noción del cuerpo desde las músicas colombianas: vivencias corporales y bio-antropo-culturales para el desarrollo psicomotriz infantil de Ibagué- Colombia (2020-2022)

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como propósito determinar la influencia de la noción del cuerpo desde las músicas colombianas y vivencias corporales y bio-antropo-culturales para el desarrollo psicomotriz infantil en Ibagué- Colombia. Metodológicamente se implementó el enfoque cuantitativo y con diseño de investigación preexperimental. La población seleccionada son 200 niños entre los 4 a 8 años de edad de cuatro instituciones educativas, entre los niveles de preescolar y primara. Está investigación se divide en cuatro momentos. En primera instancia, la aplicación de un pre-test de medición psicomotriz (Escala McCarthy de Aptitudes y Psicomotricidad para Niños) para obtener el diagnóstico del desarrollo de la psicomotricidad de la muestra. En segunda instancia, se realiza la implementación estimulación psicomotriz fundamentada en la noción del cuerpo desde diez actividades planeadas con componentes de las músicas colombianas como cumbia, porro, bambuco, entre otros. En tercera instancia, se hace la aplicación del pos-test, del instrumento de medición psicomotriz. En cuarta instancia, el análisis de los resultados para comprobar la hipótesis que existe influencia de la noción del cuerpo desde las músicas colombianas y vivencias corporales y bio-antropo-culturales para el desarrollo psicomotriz infantil. Los resultados evidencian mejoras significativas en la motricidad fina, gruesa y esquema corporal después intervención que integra la noción del cuerpo y las músicas vernáculas para fortalecer procesos motrices, comunicativos, emocionales, sociales y cognitivos. Estos datos obtenidos plantean la importancia de programas de estimulación psicomotriz en la infancia para evitar a futuro diferentes tipos de trastornos

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the notion of the body from Colombian music and corporal and bio-anthropo-cultural experiences for the psychomotor development of children in Ibagué, Colombia. Methodologically, the quantitative approach was implemented with a pre-experimental research design. The selected population is 200 children between 4 and 8 years of age from four educational institutions, between preschool and elementary school levels. This research is divided into four moments. First, the application of a pre-test of psychomotor measurement (McCarthy Scale of Aptitudes and Psychomotor Skills for Children) to obtain a diagnosis of the development of the psychomotor skills of the sample. Secondly, psychomotor stimulation is implemented based on the notion of the body from ten planned activities with components of Colombian music such as cumbia, porro, bambuco, among others. In the third instance, the application of the post-test of the psychomotor measurement instrument is carried out. In fourth instance, the analysis of the results to verify the hypothesis that there is an influence of the notion of the body from Colombian music and corporal and bioanthropo-cultural experiences for the psychomotor development of children. The results show significant improvements in fine and gross motor skills and body schema after an intervention that integrates the notion of the body and vernacular music to strengthen motor, communicative, emotional, social and cognitive processes. These data obtained suggest the importance of psychomotor stimulation programs in childhood to avoid different types of disorders in the future.
