Ansiedad y la calidad de vida en pacientes con insuficiencia renal en una clínica de hemodiálisis del distrito de Los Olivos, Lima, 2024

Abstract

Introducción: Los pacientes con una enfermedad renal crónica terminal, presentan síntomas de ansiedad principalmente al inicio de cada sesión de hemodiálisis, experimentan trastornos emocionales que pueden causar un impacto negativo en su calidad de vida. El profesional de Enfermería está debe tener las competencias para intervenir con los cuidados de brindar apoyo emocional al paciente renal y su familia. Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre la ansiedad y calidad de vida en pacientes con insuficiencia renal de una clínica de hemodiálisis. Método: se desarrolló la investigación con método hipotético deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de nivel correlacional. La muestra censal estará conformada de 84 pacientes de ambos sexos entre la edad de 18 a 60 años de edad en tratamiento de hemodiálisis. El material utilizado para el trabajo de investigación será el cuestionario Inventario de Ansiedad Estado-Rasgoy el cuestionario WHOQOL-BREF Los instrumentos son validados y confiables con un valor Alfa de Cronbach de 0,90 A/R, 0,94 A/E, mientras que la confiabilidad del cuestionario Calidad de Vida, para la escala total y que van desde 0,70 a 0,79 en cada una de las dimensione. Los resultados serán procesados en el programa estadístico Microsoft Excel e IBM SPSS 26 versión 26.

Introduction: Patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease present symptoms of mainly anxiety at the beginning of each hemodialysis session and experience emotional disorders that can cause a negative impact on their quality of life. The nursing professional must have the skills to intervene with care and provide emotional support to the kidney patient and his or her family. Objective: Determine the relationship between the le anxiety and quality of life in patients with renal failure in a hemodialysis clinic. Method: the research was developed with a hypothetical deductive method with a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, correlational level. The census sample will be made up of 84 patients of both sexes between the ages of 18 and 60 years of age undergoing hemodialysis treatment. The material used for the research work will be the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory questionnaire and the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire. The instruments are validated and reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.90 A/R, 0.94 A/E, while than the reliability of the Quality of Life questionnaire, for the total scale and ranging from 0.70 to 0.79 in each of the dimensions. The results will be processed in the statistical program Microsoft Exel and IBM SPSS 26 version 26.
