Teletrabajo y gestión administrativa en el Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Lima 2023

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como propósito determinar la relación entre el teletrabajo y la gestión administrativa en el Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Lima 2023. Para ello se ha utilizado el método Hipotético Deductivo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, nivel correlacional y enfoque cuantitativo, con una población y muestra de 93 trabajadores, cuyas edades de los funcionarios públicos y servidores varían entre 18 a 70 años, por lo que, se aplicó un censo utilizando los instrumentos con escalas tipo Likert, una para el teletrabajo y otra para la gestión administrativa respectivamente. Para la validez de los instrumentos se utilizó juicio de expertos (cinco expertos) y también mediante el método estadístico del alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo un coeficiente de 0.926, resultando estos altamente confiables para su aplicación durante el desarrollo de la investigación. Se concluye que existe relación entre el teletrabajo y la gestión administrativa en el Programa Subsectorial de Irrigaciones del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, para el año 2023. Esta correlación encontrada es positiva media cuyo valor es de (r = 0.353) y con un índice de significancia (p = 0.001), podemos afirmar que cuando existe una presencia adecuada del teletrabajo y este tiende a mejorar, también existe una adecuada gestión administrativa con tendencia a mejorar y viceversa.

The purpose of the research developed was to determine if there is a relationship between teleworking and administrative management in the Irrigation Subsector Program of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, Lima 2023. For this, the Hypothetical Deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design, was used. and correlational level with a population of 93 workers, whose ages of public officials and servants vary between 18 to 70 years, therefore, a census was applied using instruments with Likert-type scales, one for teleworking and another for management. administrative respectively. The validity of the instruments was determined by expert judgment (five experts) and also by the statistical method of Cronbach's alpha, obtaining a coefficient of 0.926, resulting in highly reliable applications during the development of the research. It is concluded that there is a relationship between teleworking and administrative management in the Irrigation Subsector Program of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation, for the year 2023. This correlation found is a medium positive whose value is (r = 0.353) and with an index of significance (p = 0.001), we can affirm that when there is an adequate presence of teleworking and it tends to improve, there is also adequate administrative management with a tendency to improve and vice versa.
