Pensamientos rumiativos y la ansiedad de los estudiantes universitarios de la facultad de Enfermería de una universidad de Lima - Metropolitana - 2022

Abstract

La presenta investigación ha sido aplicada en estudiantes de la carrera de enfermería y tiene como propósito determinar si existe relación entre los pensamientos rumiativos y la ansiedad en los dicentes universitarios, para ello se hizo uso de un método hipotético deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental con corte transversal de nivel correlacional. Los resultados obtenidos se obtuvieron a través de una muestra de 100 estudiantes del universo en donde se obtuvo que 27 % para el nivel alto, así como 32% el promedio bajo y finalmente el 41% para el nivel medio para la variable pensamientos rumiativos así mismo se obtuvo un 27% para nivel alto de la dimensión de rumia depresiva. Se concluye entonces en este estudio que si se da un alto vínculo entre ambas variables de estudio.

The present investigation has been apllied to students of the nursing career and its objective is to determine if there is a relationship between ruminative thoughts and anxiety in university students, for which a hypothetical dedutive method vas used with a quantitative approach of non-conforming design experimental with cross section of correlational level.The results obtained were obtained through a sample of 100 students from the universe where it vas obtained that 27% for the high level, as well as 32% for the low average and finally 41% for the médium level for the varible ruminative thoughts likewise 27% was obtained for a high leve log the depressive rumination dimensión. It is then concluded in this study that there is a high relationship between both study varibles.
