Comparación de las transaminasas-fosfatasa alcalina en pacientes diagnosticados con tuberculosis sensible y multidrogoresistente en el centro de salud Alfa y Omega en ate, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Comparar las transaminasas-fosfatasa alcalina en pacientes con TB-MDR y TB SENSIBLE en el CS A&O en Ate, 2024. Metodología: La investigación fue aplicada, cuantitativo y no experimental. Fueron 58 muestras de suero sanguíneo de paciente con diagnóstico de tuberculosis de las cuales 36 y 22 muestras fueron para TB-MDR y TB SENSIBLE respectivamente. Se analizaron la AST, ALT y FAL en pacientes con TB-MDR y TB-SENSIBLE en el equipo bioquímico Mindray BS-360E. Resultados: De las 58 muestras se halló la mediana en AST fueron 52 y 41,5 U/L para TB-MDR y TB-SENSIBLE, respectivamente (p-valor<0,01). En el caso, de ALT fue 57 y 46,5 U/L para tratamiento TB MDR y TB-SENSIBLE, respectivamente (p-valor<0,01). Además, la FAL fue 300 y 270 U/L para TB-MDR y TB-SENSIBLE, respectivamente (p-valor=0,08). Por otro lado, la AST fueron patológico 30 (83,3%) y 18 (81,8%) para TB-MDR y TB-SENSIBLE, respectivamente. La ALT fueron patológico 31 (86,1%) y 21 (95,5%) para TB-MDR y TB-SENSIBLE, respectivamente. Además, la FAL fueron patológico 24 (66,7%) y 13 (59,1%) para TB-MDR y TB-SENSIBLE, respectivamente. Conclusión: La comparación entre los pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis y que recibieron esquema de tratamiento para TB-MDR y TB SENSIBLE, hay diferencia significativa en las pruebas bioquímicas de aspartato aminotransferasa (p-valor < 0,01) y alanina aminotransferasa (p-valor < 0,01). Por otro lado, la prueba bioquimica fosfatasa alcalina no hubo diferencia significativa en el esquema de tratamiento para TB-MDR y TB SENSIBLE en los pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis (p-valor = 0,08).

On the other hand, the alkaline phosphatase biochemical test showed no significant difference in the treatment regimen for MDR-TB and SENSITIVE TB in patients diagnosed with tuberculosis (p-value = 0.08).
