Resumen
El estudio presento como objetivo determinar los riesgos laborales y su relación con las normas de bioseguridad en el personal de salud, Central de Esterilización. Estudio de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental con un corte de tiempo transversal, con una población conformada por 45 personal de salud, con el uso de la encuesta mediante el uso de un cuestionario de los autores Alata y Apfata para la V1 y otro del autor Castillo ambos en el año 2022 en Perú para la V2, validados y confiables, con lo cual se podrá recolectar la información de la muestra estableciéndola en una base de datos ejecutada en Excel de manera codificada, luego la base de datos será analizada estadísticamente por el software SPPS 25.0 brindando tablas de frecuencia y porcentaje, para analizar descriptivamente las variables y de manera inferencial con el uso del Rho de Spearman para comprobar las hipótesis de estudio.
Resumen
The objective of the study was to determine the occupational risks and their relationship with biosafety standards in health professionals, the Sterilization Center. An applied study, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design with a cross-sectional time cut, with a population of 45 health personnel, with the use of the survey through the use of a questionnaire by the authors Alata and Apfata for the V1 and another by the author Castillo, both in 2022 in Peru for the V2, validated and reliable, with which the information of the sample can be collected by establishing it in a database executed in Excel in a coded way, then the database will be statistically analyzed by the SPPS 25.0 software providing frequency and percentage tables, to descriptively analyze the variables and inferentially with the use of Spearman's Rho to test the study hypotheses.
