Estrés laboral y satisfacción laboral en estudiantes de la especialidad de enfermería en centro quirúrgico de una universidad privada de Lima, 2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo ¨Determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y la satisfacción laboral en estudiantes de la especialidad de Enfermería en Centro Quirúrgico de una Universidad Privada de Lima, 2025¨. Se aplicará método hipotético deductivo, de nivel correlacional, con corte transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo y de tipo aplicada, puesto que a esta metodología se ajustaron las variables para su desarrollo. Así mismo, se trabajará con 80 estudiantes de la especialidad de Enfermería en Centro Quirúrgico, contando con dos instrumentos de investigación: cuestionario “The Nursing Stress Scale” (NSS) y la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral (ESL), ambas validadas en nuestro país. Para el análisis y procesamiento de datos en primer lugar se realizará la tabulación, codificando y ordenando la información en un Excel para luego trabajar con el programa SPSS 26 y presentar el análisis estadístico; por último, se plasmarán los resultados mediante tablas y gráficos.

The present research aims to determine the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction in nursing students at the Surgical Center of a private university in Lima, 2025. A hypothetical-deductive, correlational, cross-sectional method is used, with a quantitative and applied approach, since the variables for its development were adjusted to this methodology. Likewise, we will work with 80 nursing students at the Surgical Center, using two research instruments: the "Nursing Stress Scale" (NSS) questionnaire and the Job Satisfaction Scale (ESL), both validated in our country. For data analysis and processing, the information will first be tabulated, coded, and organized in an Excel file, then worked with SPSS 26 to present the statistical analysis. Finally, the results will be presented in tables and graphs.
