Efecto del enfoque neurocognitivo en el equilibrio de pacientes post accidente cerebrovascular del servicio de atención domiciliaria, Moquegua, 2025

Abstract

La OMS refiere que la enfermedad cerebrovascular (ACV) se representa por incidencias clínicas a nivel mundial como la segunda causa de mortalidad, vinculados directamente a países de segundo y tercer mundo; donde un 12,8% indica su mortalidad por sus múltiples causas. A nivel mundial el ACV fue culpable de más de 5 millones en 1998, definiéndose como la segunda causa de decesos para ambos sexos, específicamente en relación a edades mayores a 60 años y 45 a 59 años de edad. A nivel nacional, se presentaron un 6,8% en prevalencia de personas con ACV referidos a zona urbanas y un 2,7% para adultos mayores en zonas rurales; igualmente en Ministerio de Salud denoto una ampliación en el conteo de la mortalidad de los pacientes que padecen un ACV entre los años 2000 a 2006, mientras que una entidad publicada reconocida como el Hospital Nacional “Cayetano Heredia” reportó un 20% en su mortalidad hospitalaria para los pacientes que sufrieron un ACV(4) . El INEI refirieron durante el año 2018 se reportaron una tasa alta de incidencia de ACV en el país. Dando un dato preocupante que mayores de 35 años aumenta la susceptibilidad de tener estos daños cerebrovasculares, dando referencia a patologías cardiacas (HTA) como mayores predictores Por ello, esta investigación busca Determinar el Enfoque Neurocognitivo en el equilibrio de pacientes post accidente cerebrovascular en el servicio de atención domiciliaria en Moquegua, 2025. El Método de investigación Será hipotético deductivo constatado en la estructuración de la investigación y el enfoque será cuantitativo experimental por el vínculo correspondientes a estudios que asimilan la búsqueda o requerimiento de evaluar hecho o fenómenos que son sometidos a cambios operacionales en las variables presentadas, ell diseño de estudio será Experimental, la población del presente estudio estará implementado en 257 pacientes ,quienes el servicio de atención a domicilio (PADOMI) del Hospital de Essalud Moquegua.

The National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (INEI) reported a high incidence rate of stroke in the country during 2018. This raises a worrying fact:

People over 35 years of age are more susceptible to cerebrovascular damage, with cardiac pathologies (hypertension) being the strongest predictors.

Therefore, this research seeks to determine the neurocognitive approach to balance in post-stroke patients receiving home care in Moquegua, 2025. The research method will be hypothetical-deductive, as evidenced in the structuring of the research, and the approach will be quantitative-experimental due to its connection to studies that seek to evaluate facts or phenomena subjected to operational changes in the variables presented. The study design will be experimental, and the population of this study will consist of 257 patients receiving home care (PADOMI) from the Essalud Moquegua Hospital.
