Conocimiento del manejo del dolor en prematuros y actitud del enfermero de la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales de un hospital de Lima, 2025

Abstract

El presente trabajo se enfocará en “determinar la relación entre el conocimiento del manejo del dolor neonatal y la actitud de la enfermera que labora en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos de un hospital del Ministerio de Salud de Lima, Perú el 2025”. La metodología que se ha escogido para estos efectos es la hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, observacional, relacional y transaccional. Este estudio tendrá la participación de 80 profesionales de enfermería quienes prestan sus servicios en la respectiva unidad. No se tomará muestra lo que significa que se empleará la totalidad de las enfermeras. Se les administrará un cuestionario y un test. Ambos instrumentos se encuentran con validez y confiabilidad respectiva y de los cuales se ha obtenido los elementos necesarios entre el juicio de expertos y los coeficientes estadísticos que fueron aplicados haciendo que ambos instrumentos sean puedan ser aplicados. Luego pasará por la prueba estadística de Pearson para establecer la correlación entre cada variable del estudio. Los resultados se colocarán el tablas y gráficos usando el programa de Excel.

The present work will focus on “determining the relationship between the knowledge of neonatal pain management and the attitude of the nurse working in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital of the Ministry of Health of Lima, Peru in 2025”. The methodology chosen for this purpose is hypothetical deductive, quantitative, observational, relational and cross-sectional. This study will have the participation of 80 nursing professionals who provide their services in the respective unit. No sample will be taken, which means that all the nurses will be used. A questionnaire and a test will be administered to measure both variables. Both instruments have their respective validity and reliability and from which the necessary elements have been obtained between the experts' judgment and the statistical coefficients that were applied, making both instruments applicable. Then it will go through Pearson's statistical test to establish the relation betwixt the variables of the study. Every result will place in tables and graphs using Excel program.
