Uso de las TIC y la lectoescritura en los estudiantes de básica primaria del grado tercero del Instituto Técnico Laguna de Ortices- 2017

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la incidencia que tiene la aplicación de las herramientas TIC con el desarrollo de competencias lecto-escritoras de los estudiantes de básica primaria del grado tercero del Instituto Técnico Laguna de Artices, San Andrés, Santander, Colombia. Metodología: Para esta investigación se utilizó el diseño no experimental. Es de corte transversal porque la investigación se efectuó en un tiempo específico y único. La población del presente estudio estuvo constituida por 35 estudiantes, niños entre los 9 y 10 años de edad. Se utilizaron 2 cuestionarios el primero para medir la variable de las TIC (15 preguntas) y el otro para medir la variable de la lectoescritura en los estudiantes (15 preguntas). Los instrumentos han sido validados mediante juicio de expertos (tres jueces) y determinaron que hay suficiencia y son aplicables. De igual forma se determinó una prueba de confiabilidad con el alfa de Cronbach 0,826 de esta forma ambos instrumentos son confiables. Resultados: Los resultados del análisis estadístico determinan una incidencia alta (ρ = 0.836, donde p < 0.05) entre las TIC y la Lectoescritura para el desarrollo de competencias en el Instituto Técnico Laguna de Ortices San Andrés, Santander, Colombia. Al tenerse una significancia bilateral de 0.000 que se encuentra dentro del valor permitido, se acepta la hipótesis general en el sentido siguiente: La utilización de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en los procesos pedagógicos ayudará al aprendizaje y desarrollo de competencias lectoescritoras de los estudiantes de básica primaria del grado tercero del Instituto Técnico Laguna de Ortices, San Andrés- Santander- Colombia. Conclusiones: De acuerdo con los hallazgos encontrados las TIC fueron un componente fundamental en el ambiente de aprendizaje implementado, apoyaron los procesos de lectura y escritura en los estudiantes del grado tercero del Instituto Técnico Laguna de Ortices, por lo tanto se acepta la hipótesis siguiente: la utilización de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en los procesos pedagógicos ayudará al aprendizaje y desarrollo de competencias lectoescritoras.

Results: The results of the statistical analysis determine a high incidence (ρ = 0.836, where p <0.05) between ICT and Literacy for the development of skills at the Laguna de Ortices Technical Institute San Andrés, Santander, Colombia. When having a bilateral significance of 0.000 that is within the allowed value, the general hypothesis is accepted in the following sense: The use of information and communication technologies in the pedagogical processes will help the learning and development of reading and writing skills of primary school students in third grade of the Laguna de Ortices Technical Institute, San Andrés-Santander- Colombia. Conclusions: According to the findings, ICTs were a fundamental component of the learning environment implemented. They supported the reading and writing processes in the third grade students of the Laguna de Ortices Technical Institute, therefore the following hypothesis is accepted: The use of information and communication technologies in pedagogical processes will help the learning and development of literacy skills.
