This thesis corresponds to an experimental research design with descriptive quantitative level. Surveys, observation of teaching practices and poll: For data collection the following techniques are used. This master thesis for the research process chose a population sample is random type and is composed of 15 primary teachers of educational institution Ismael Santofimio Ibague, republic of Colombia and looks for new ways to researchers interested in leading formation processes primary teachers by school teachers and curriculum strategy for collaborative work. In developing the pilot project that encourages school teachers at the school described herein teachers to improve their teaching practices mediating cross-cutting themes with tics, with the knowledge learned they developed an educational software in visual basic.

El uso de las TICs y la planeación de clase en docentes de dos instituciones publicas Boyacá-Colombia, 2021

The objective of the research was to evaluate the relationship between the use of ICT “Information and Communication Technology” and class planning in teachers from two public schools in Boyacá - Colombia. This study was applied on the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental and correlational design. The population and sample were made up of 63 elementary and high school teachers. The instrument used was the survey, formulated to the teachers by means of a questionnaire, under a Likert-type scale. Besides, it was validated by five expert judges The first step in this reserach was the tabulation of the results with the Excel tool, the data was downloaded into a matrix, to be processed later using the SPSS version 25 statistical package. The study found that there is a relationship significant in the use of ICT and class planning with a high degree of correlation between the variables (Spearman's Rho: 0.767). As a conclusion of the study, it was verified and confirmed that the use of ICT is directly related to class planning in teachers of “Institución Educativa Empresarial y Agroindustrial los Andes” located in Sogamoso - Boyacá, and “Institución Educativa Técnica de Nazareth” located in Nobsa – Boyacá; both schools are in Colombia.

The thesis focuses its research on showing the influence of the Word Press Blog in the inquiry competence of students of the third, fourth and fifth grades in the Educational Institution the orchard headquarters five the Reform municipality of Ortega, in the department of Tolima central mountain range of the Andes, Colombia. The research method is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, correlational-causal level and cross-sectional. The population consisted of forty-seven students; The sample is thirty third, fourth and fifth grade students, seventeen boys and thirteen girls, aged between eight and twelve years. The objective of the research was to obtain information from the census sample regarding the influence of Blog Word Press in the Inquiry competence, the following instruments were used for the Blog Word Press variable and another for the variable scientific inquiry in its dimensions that problematizes situations , designs strategies, generates or registers data and analyzes data and information, which allowed the researcher to give a particular appreciation in important aspects in order to improve or update. It was concluded that the Word Press Blog positively influences the development of the scientific inquiry competence in students of the orchard Educational Institution at its the Reform headquarters, since in the applied statistical test it was shown that the use of the educational blog Word Press improves the achievement of the competency of inquiry capabilities.

Uso del blog como herramienta pedagógica para mejorar la lectoescritura en estudiantes de grado tercero de básica primaria de la Institución Educativa Domingo Savio del municipio de San Antonio (Tolima), Colombia en el 2018

The proposed objective was to evaluate if the use of the blog as a pedagogical tool improves literacy in students of the third grade of Primary Basic Education of the Domingo Savio Educational Institution of San Antonio Tolima, Colombia in 2018. The research carried out was of an applied type, at an explanatory level with a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental sub-design, the sample size was 30 third grade students. The information collection instruments were written tests of reading comprehension for each of the competences; interpretative, argumentative, propositional and three tests modeled using the blog tool, applied in six sessions in their entirety. The reliability of the instruments was determined through expert judgments. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the analysis and processing of the data. Through the Wilconxon statistic application and with an error of 0.05, the Wilconxon statistic was compared with the critical points; In this way, the null hypothesis was rejected for the interpretative, argumentative, and propositional dimensions, verifying the effectiveness of the post-test since the mean in each of the dimensions exceeds that of the pre-test. In this way, it is affirmed that the use of the blog as a pedagogical tool significantly improves literacy in third grade students.

This research aims to stimulate reading habits, developing interpretation, analysis and reading comprehension skills; having as an ICT tool the use of the interactive blog as a means of support in the acquisition of good reading habits of the students of Primary Basic of the Technical Educational Institution María Auxiliadora de Fresno (Tolima). Since in the development of this project, student’s encountered activities that helped improve the understanding of interactive texts in an active and participatory manner. In the same way, they are encouraged and motivated, awakening in them, the interest in acquiring discipline in their academic activities, since this process strengthened their ability to be self-taught of good reading habits and therefore widened their reading comprehension in all areas of knowledge. In addition to the frequent use of ICT resources, it allowed students to get involved in a virtual world, which generated creativity and imagination when interacting with educational platforms, which enrich and favor the teachinglearning process, taking into account the education of the century XXI. Also bearing in mind that pedagogical processes or strategies must be updated and innovated according to new technological trends and in this case in particular the use of ICT resources through the interactive blog, it sets an important guideline to take advantage of its applicability; Therefore, the need to propose a series of activities that, although simple, promote interest in overcoming reading comprehension difficulties and raise their school performance through fun and different didactics, which are consistent with them, since they are digital natives.

Through this research, a study related to the use and application of new information and communication technologies in class projects was shown to improve reading comprehension processes in students in third, fourth and fifth grades of the rural area of the Simón Bolívar Educational Institution Sede las Juntas. For this, the type of applied research was used, level explained with non-experimental correlational transectional design and a non-probabilistic sampling method, with a sample under study of 20 students. Likewise, it was taken into account to previously validate the instrument used to collect the information. It was confirmed the general hypothesis that the Implementation of the ICT tools in the strengthening of the reading process in third, fourth and fifth grade students of the Institución Educativa Simón Bolívar Sede las Juntas Tolima - Colombia 2019. Thus The specific hypotheses were also confirmed, in relation to technological resources and pedagogy in strengthening reading comprehension. The Spearman rho correlation coefficient with a significance level of 5% was applied to test the hypotheses.

Influencia de las TICs en las prácticas culturales en los estudiantes de primaria de la institución educativa Jorge Eliécer Gaitán en Aguazul 2019

He relevance of merging the learning of the curricular subjects in relation with the Tics, allows that the education makes use of innovative methodologies directed to the achievement of competences directed to the formation of integral beings; able to build their own social and cultural reality, in order to lead processes and direct their life project through meaningful teachings. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the influence of information and communication technologies on the behavior, attitude and aptitude of the students of the primary section of the Jorge Eliecer Gaitán educational institution. We used an experimental research design of quasi-experimental type with application in the field work of a direct observation record -executed in two temporalities-, directed to the experimental and control groups; each of them conformed by 44 students. Consequently, the 18 learning sessions carried out with the application of the methodological strategies were worked in a short period and implemented in the experimental group; Meanwhile, the control group did not have access to them. Once the results were obtained, we proceeded to present them in frequency tables and dynamize them through graphs. The statistical part of the investigation required the use of the SPSS statistical program: to determine the distribution of normality, the Kolmogorov test was applied; also, the measure of central tendency between two related samples; through the non-parametric test of student. It is concluded that the influence of the Tics in the cultural practices of the students impacts on the learning process, the avidity, the commitment and the motivation of the students and also increases the collaborative work, the interaction and makes possible the teaching and the learning significant in the training to be, know and do.

For the realization of this proposal, we have drawn us objective to assess the influence of ICTs on the reading of texts intended as innovative strategy to develop Metacognitive stratagems in the scholars of the third grade of the institution educational Domingo Savio of the municipality of San Antonio Tolima . In it, the survey and straight scrutiny of the students will be used as a method of collecting information, while the execution and monitoring of the tools in the investigative process will give the planning quantifications for each activities to be applied to the sample chosen. As for the survey, it will consist of closed questions in which 100 students between the ages of 7 and 11, approximately, elementary school students, will participate.

The main objective of this research work was to determine the relationship between the use of educational software and the reading comprehension of 9th grade students of the San Antonio del Tequendama Departmental Educational Institution - San Antonio del Tequendama - 2019. The executed research is of applied type, according to its purpose and according to the quantitative data treatment, with a correlational design. To obtain information on the study variables, a sample of 21 analysis units was taken into account. In the application of instruments, the survey was used to collect information on the use of educational software and reading comprehension skills. As a result of the processing and analysis of the information collected and their respective confrontation with the theoretical framework, it was concluded that there was no significant relationship between the variable use of educational software against the reading comprehension variable.

Uso didáctico del laboratorio virtual y su influencia en el aprendizaje de las unidades químicas de masa por competencias en estudiantes de los grados 10 y 11 en la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría Aures de Medellín, 2015

The present investigation was carried out in the Educational Institution Fe y Alegría Aures, of the city of Medellín department of Antioquia in Colombia. A virtual laboratory was developed and used as a didactic tool in the Chemistry subject, for application in the tenth and eleventh grades of the baccalaureate and to determine if this improves the learning of the chemistry mass units by competences of the population under study. The present study is justified by the theoretical value, practical utility and importance, since it aims to innovate teaching-learning processes and improve performance based on cognitive, procedural and attitudinal competencies. The methodology corresponds to an applied research of experimental design, the 90 students of secondary education were established as a population under study, from which a sample of 40 students was extracted; for the application of the proposal, the students that make up the sample were divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group; the first, he was continuing to teach laboratory in a traditional way and the second group began to give classes using the virtual environment developed in NEO LMS (BLearning). Subsequently, traditional and virtual diagnostic tests were applied for both groups, applying Pearson's t-student analysis and correlation tools, from which it was concluded that the average academic performance of the students in the group that used the virtual environment from the virtual laboratory and simulator was 17.20 points, while the average of the control group was 15.90 points, which allowed us to confirm the general hypothesis, that indeed, there is significant influence of the virtual laboratory on the learning of the chemical units of mass by competences in students of grades 10 and 11 in the Educational Institution Fe y Alegría Aures de Medellín, based on the use of the B-Learning methodology as a didactic tool.

This research entitled "Application of the Hot Potatoes program to improve reading comprehension in the area of the Spanish Language in students of the sixth grade of secondary education, of the Educational Institution" Álvaro Molina "of the Municipality of Chaparral-Tolima, 2014"; It intends to present a resource that solves some of the problems that arise in the teaching-learning process in terms of the reading-writing process and also encourages self-regulated student learning through information technology. The present study is based on the descriptive modality with correlational design. The purpose is to determine the effectiveness of the use of strategies in reading comprehension in the Spanish Language area in the students of the sixth grade of secondary education, of the Educational Institution "Álvaro Molina" of the Municipality of Chaparral-Tolima, 2014; for which a sample of 30 students was used to whom a testtype instrument was applied before and after being submitted to the instructional plan on reading comprehension strategies. This instrument was valid through judgments of experts in education. The information collected was tabulated and plotted, analyzing it as a percentage. The conclusions obtained revealed that the use of strategies such as the application of Hot Potatoes software is efficient to improve readingcomprehension in our students.

The process of Teaching - Learning of the Social Sciences in the Departmental Technical Educational Institution of Our Lady of Health, was considered as a space for participation, for learning and training in being, doing, knowing and living, where they were oriented significant pedagogical proposals. Unfortunately, the learning of Social Sciences for most students has become a little motivating, training and enriching process that allows to assume from other perspectives the applied knowledge of this area in the daily life of each one of the students. In this sense, it was necessary to implement a pedagogical proposal: ICT through the use of Virtual Learning Objects, which allowed access to Social Sciences with a more integrative vision, contrasted to individual, social and global realities. A research project was developed that started from the students' own interests in the area of Social Sciences, proposing a proposal focused on the OVA, as teaching tools that can favor the teaching - learning processes and the impact of these on work. cooperative and collaborative. The research process was quantitative experimental, through a control course group and an experimental one to which the OVA-based pedagogical strategy was applied, which later evidenced the contrasts in achieving a better learning process. This allowed to quantitatively establish the impact of ICT, specifically the OVA in the learning process in the area of social sciences and the analysis of the results obtained, which allowed to establish the types of relationships on the established problem.

The present research project whose theme is Application of Digital Tools and Web 2.0 Resources for the Achievement of Digital Competencies of Teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking Training CERTUS - Lima - Peru - 2014 ", deals with existing problems during the class sessions at the moment that the teachers have little knowledge on how to apply technological tools in their daily activities, likewise the students indicate that there is little interest in the fulfillment of their work, the teachers of the Private Higher Education Institute of Banking CERTUS Training of the academic year 2014, Lima is the lack of updated training in the use of pedagogical tools that help the development of the class, this due to the lack of academic advice regarding the utility that could have this tool causing an insufficient academic coordination difficult generation of nu evo models of information sharing, the methodology to be used for the study, methods and techniques of information collection were applied with surveys directed to the teachers of the institution as a study population, in addition statistical statistical tools were used to have a better analysis of the results , then proceeded to the development of a training on the management of web 2.0 tools for teachers of the Institute of Private Higher Education Banking Training, thus helping to improve the teaching-learning process for teachers in students of the educational institution, since by strengthening the use and use of digital tools and web 2.0 resources, progress will be made in updating new content for curricular activities in the different subjects, thereby improving the teaching-learning process as well as the use of content educational activities that contribute to the interaction and communication between the teacher and the students.

Uso de la web 2.0 en el aprendizaje de la educación ambiental en los estudiantes del grado 5º de la IED Luis Carlos Galán del municipio de El Colegio Cundinamarca-2018, Colombia

The present inquiry arose from the self-reflection of the research group about the latent need to generate strategies that would improve deferent aspects of the classroom, within which were the methodologies for the implementation of the classes, the active participation of the students in their training process and finally the development of environmental skills in students, the latter being the primary objective of research. The investigation was framed in basic research, with an applied approach. It was developed with 14 fifth grade students from the Departmental Educational Institution Luis Carlos Galan of the municipality El Colegio Cundinamarca who provided fundamental information for conducting the research from interviews, survey development, participation in the main sessions and the cooperation in the virtual forums, for which the use of own tools of the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) was made, as well as the WEB 2.0 mainly with the use of the Ed-Modo platform. Such data provided by the students both implicitly and explicitly, led the research group to identify existing strengths and weaknesses, and as a result of this reflection, a Research Cycle was defined in four stages: Diagnosis, Planning, Action, and Observation (Analysis of the results and reflection), in order to promote in some cases and develop in others, the environmental competences of the students Thus, the realization of the exploration allowed reaching important conclusions regarding the importance of constant reflection about the methodologies that are implemented in the classroom, since these are the ones that motivate students to approach knowledge, but mainly, the relevance of promoting environmental awareness of students mediated by virtual learning spaces, which undoubtedly generated significant changes in students in the framework of research.

Uso de la página web institucional y la comunicación efectiva entre docentes, padres de familia y escolares del “Liceo Pedagógico Rafael Pombo” de Chaparral Tolima – 2019

This research titled “Use of the institutional website and effective communication between teachers, parents and schoolchildren of the "Liceo Pedagógico Rafael Pombo" of Chaparral Tolima – 2019” is an investigation of descriptive and correlational because it aims to determine the relationship between the use of the institutional website and the effective communication of the educational community, the design is not experimental and cross-observed phenomena of communication as they occur in their natural context and then analyze them, it is not built any situation, but existing situations are observed, the study population comprise it, 40 parents of fifth grade the educational community the Pedagogical Liceo Rafael Pombo, with ages ranging between 28 and 58 years. The collection instrument used is the questionnaire given its low cost and ability to provide information on more people in a short time. It is easy to tabulate and analyze. The questionnaire of this research was specifically designed with closed and open questions. The questionnaire has 35 questions in total, is intended to measure the need and usefulness of a website for the Lyceum, the instruments have been validated by expert judgment (two judges) and determined that there is sufficient and apply. Likewise, the instrument was subjected to reliability test using Cronbach's alpha with a score of = 0,98; A pilot of 15 parents sample was applied. the data is then processed, using the SPSS statistical program, preparing tables and figures frequency, meanwhile, hypothesis testing was performed with Spearman's Rho, determined with SPSS software, the research results show a direct relationship and statistically significant, Spearman's rho 0.993 relationship web with communication, website clearly the message Spearman's rho = 0.985, website with knowledge of the receptor Spearman's rho = 0.992, web page message transfer Spearman rho = 0.984. All these correlations have bilateral significance level of 0.00. A good website, is directly related to communication.

Implementación del blended learning y su influencia en el aprendizaje de las ciencias naturales en estudiantes del grado 11 de la Institución Educativa La Salle Manrique-Colombia, 2017

The present work has as principal aim manage determine the influence of the implementation of the Blended Learning in the learning of the natural sciences in students of the degree 11 of the educational institution Go out For Her Manrique - Colombia, 2017; being the type applied and of experimental design (pre experiment), the sample belonged 62 pupils, the technology was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire to analyze the level of learning, the approach was quantitative. One thought that there exists influence of the implementation of the Blended Learning in the learning of the natural sciences (value of Z = - 3,521 and value of p = 0,000); of similar form that exists influence of the implementation of the Blended Learning in each of the dimensions analyzed of the learning: The comprehensive use of the scientific knowledge (value of Z = - 3,342 and value of p = 0,001), the explanation of phenomena (value of Z = - 2,257 and value of p = 0,024), and the investigation (value of Z = - 2,796 and value of p = 0,005). Finally, the dimension "Explanation of phenomena" was where a major significant improvement was achieved, followed by the dimension "Investigation" and the dimension "Comprehensive use of the scientific knowledge".

The objective of this research is to determine how the Blogger technological tool is correlated the academic performance of the Spanish area of the fifth grade students of the Superior Normal School of the Municipality of Villahermosa Tolima in 2018, based on the dimensions of computer network infrastructure, didactic material and the web. Starting from the identification is correlated of the Blogger technological tool as an independent variable and the academic performance as a dependent variable. After identifying the problematic and contextualizing the field of research, the main objective is identified: Determine how the Blogger technological tool is correlated the academic performance of the Spanish area of the fifth-grade students of the School's headquarters Normal Superior of the Municipality of Villahermosa Tolima in the year 2018. The research is basic, in the development a quantitative approach was used, under a correlational descriptive methodological design, through the use of the chi square method, which allowed to observe the behavior of the results of the data. Based on a survey applied to a significant sample of 65 fifth grade students who are part of the headquarters of the Higher Normal School Educational Institution of Villahermosa Tolima. For the solution to the problem have been taken into account various research carried out at international, national and local level, where authors such as (García, 2011), whose research focuses on the creation of an educational blog as an ICT tool applied to education; another author like (Aguilón, 2012) which had the purpose of motivating teachers to implement the blog as a communication and information tool; On the other hand, in Colombia (Padilla, 2014) concludes that the blog is a tool that facilitates the learning of physical education. Finally, it can be concluded that the use of the blog as an educational tool facilitates teaching-learning processes and positively affects the academic performance of students, as it facilitates interaction and presents information in a more interesting and interesting way for students.

Objective: To determine the influence of information and communication technologies on the musical learning of the eighth grade students of the Roberto Velandia Educational Institution of the Municipality of Mosquera in 2017. Methodology: Applied research of quasi - experimental design with control group performing a pre and a post test. The population considered were students of the Eighth grade of the Roberto Velandia Educational Institution of Mosquera. This students have ages in the range of 13 -15 years. The influence of using ICT (independent variable) in the musical learning at the classroom (dependent variable) was sought, examining its incidence in each of the dimensions of learning (Conceptual, procedural, and attitudinal), giving an answer to the problem exposed and validating the hypotheses. Results: The general hypothesis was confirmed “The use of Information and Communication Technologies significantly influences the musical learning of the eighth grade students of the Roberto Velandia Educational Institution of Mosquera in the year 2017”. Although, the specific hypothesis regarding the conceptual dimension of musical learning could not be confirmed, the specific hypotheses regarding the procedural and attitudinal dimensions of the students in the musical learning were confirmed. The verification of the hypotheses was carried out applying the Student T test for independent samples. Conclusions: There is evidence to conclude that the use of Information and Communication Technologies significantly influences the musical learning of the eighth grade students of the Roberto Velandia Educational Institution Mosquera in 2017, due to the bilateral significance obtained in Student's T test (p=.000 <  = 0.05) in the post test.

The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the implementation of ICT Technological tools and the strengthening of the teachinglearning process of the teachers of the Manuel Murillo Toro Educational Institution in the municipality of Chaparral-Tolima Colombia. 2014, which present problems in their work, since most of them have little mastery in the use of ICT tools in the classroom, due to lack of commitment, fear of change, little IT culture and use of ICT tools offered by the institution. The population under study, consists of 60 teachers of the basic, the Educational Institution Manuel Murillo Toro municipality of Chaparral Tolima. The sample corresponds to 100% of the total population. The technique to be used in the research is the survey, the data collection instruments used are the questionnaire, which was composed of 49 questions on the Likert scale), the questionnaire provided information about the TIC Technological Tools variable and the variable Teaching learning, through the evaluation of its different dimensions. To carry out a descriptive analysis, we start from the reduction of the data, that is, from the simplification, the summary, the selection of the information to make it comprehensible and manageable, then we make the disposition of the information in a graphic and organized way. To facilitate the understanding and analysis of it, we use histograms that allowed us to describe the information corresponding to the sample. The inferential analysis was done using Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient, which allowed to determine the degree of correlation between the variables. In the inferential plane it was possible to determine the existence of a direct correlation between the ICT Technological Tools variables and the Teachinglearning in the primary basic, where Spearman's Rho coefficient yielded 0.7637, being in the range of 0.76 to 1.00, for this reason, the correlation between ICT technological tools. and teaching- Learning in primary school can be categorized as strong and perfect; The Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) is accepted, determining that there is a significant relationship between the TIC Technological Tools variable and the Teaching-Learning variable.

This research is aimed at determining to what extent the use of ICT resources influences the development of cognitive skills for the game of chess in primary school children of Andrés Rocha school in the municipality of Chaparral, Tolima- Colombia in 2015, and thus take advantage of ICT tools in the classroom and benefit from them a large population in the foundation and practice of a basic sport such as chess. The methodology was to apply the resources of the Internet and relate them in the development of skills, skills and cognitive skills for chess in primary school children of the Andrés Rocha school in the municipality of Chaparral Tolima, where students were tested of entry and one of exit, after a month using ICT tools. In order to face this objective, they identified the three basic skills of the human being, such as the conceptual, the procedural and the attitudinal, where the tests carried out for each skill were taken at both moments of the study, and were compared using the t student test. for the comparison of means for paired samples, which are distributed normally, according to the Shapiro wink test. As a result, and with a reliability of 95%, the use of ICT resources was positively influenced in the development of cognitive, conceptual, procedural and attitudinal skills for the game of chess in primary school children of the Andrés Rocha school of the municipality. of Chaparral Tolima- Colombia in 2015. Thus, the proposal has a solid foundation from the legal and theoretical basis, in order to make good use of the technological pedagogical devices and present a curricular plan that progressively discovers skills, abilities, competences; Through the functionality and the performance of new roles of students and teachers and include in the daily school practice, ICT tools that allow to create, recreate and discover knowledge, in order to have more and diverse options of equal progress.
