El estudio se llevó a cabo con el propósito de determinar la relación entre el nivel de estrés y estrategias de afrontamiento en el personal de Enfermería del centro quirúrgico del Hospital de Chancay, en el I semestre 2024. El estudio será de método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, diseño no experimental4 y de nivel4 correlacional. La muestra será censal de 16 profesionales de enfermería. Se usará como4 instrumento dos cuestionarios una de nivel de estrés de Paucar y Barra, así como el cuestionario de estrategias de afrontamiento de Barreto y Inocente, los cuales cuentan con validez y confiabilidad. La evaluación de los datos se realizará con el software SPSS versión 27, incluyendo un análisis descriptivo detallado mediante tablas y gráficos. También se efectuará un análisis inferencial con la prueba de Kolmogorov-Smirnov para determinar la distribución de los datos; si son normales, se aplicará la correlación de Pearson, y si no, se usará la prueba de Rho de Spearman.
Resumen
The study was carried out with the purpose of determining the relationship between the level of stress and coping strategies in the nursing staff of the surgical center of the Hospital de Chancay, in the first semester 2024. The study will be of hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design4 and correlational level4. The sample will be a census of 16 nursing professionals. Two questionnaires will be used as4 instruments: the stress level questionnaire by Paucar and Barra, as well as the coping strategies questionnaire by Barreto and Inocente, both of which are valid and reliable. The evaluation of the data will be carried out with SPSS version 27 software, including a detailed descriptive analysis using tables and graphs. An inferential analysis will also be performed with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to determine the distribution of the data; if they are normal, Pearson's correlation will be applied, and if not, Spearman's Rho test will be used.
