Comparación del cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en la droguería Bios Perú S.A.C. entre el 2018 y 2021

Abstract

Currently, the storage of medications in Peru is verified by DIGEMID, which has adapted strict regulations in the country using the BPA (Good Storage Practices) Manual since 2015. The present research titled "COMPARISON OF THE COMPLIANCE WITH GOOD STORAGE PRACTICES IN BIOS PERU S.A.C. BETWEEN 2018 AND 2021" studied the changes between 2018 and 2021 through document analysis. Objective: To compare the compliance with Good Storage Practices (BPA) at BIOS PERU S.A.C. in 2018 and 2021. Methodology: Analytical-deductive approach with a quantitative focus, basic research type, non-experimental design, longitudinal scope, and descriptive reach. Results: The compliance differences between 2018 and 2021 were 25%, 100%, 33%, 0%, 7%, 40%, and 0% in the dimensions of Quality System, Personnel, Facilities, Equipment and Instruments, Documentation, Complaints, and Self-Inspections, respectively. Conclusions: The level of compliance with Good Storage Practices (BPA) at BIOS PERU S.A.C. between 2018 and 2021 was compared, revealing a percentage difference due to the lack of improvements in various areas. The findings also highlighted discrepancies with DIGEMID's verdict, showing the flexible nature of the inspection report.

Actualmente el almacenamiento de medicamentos en el Perú lo verifica la DIGEMID, adaptando regulaciones de alta vigilancia en el país, utilizando el Manual de BPA desde 2015. La presente investigación titulada “COMPARACIÓN DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE LAS BUENAS PRÁCTICAS DE ALMACENAMIENTO EN LA DROGUERÍA BIOS PERU S.A.C. ENTRE EL 2018 Y 2021” estudio los cambios entre los años 2018 y 2021, mediante el análisis documental. Objetivo: Comparar el cumplimiento de las BPA en la droguería BIOS PERU S.A.C. el 2018 y 2021 Metodología: Analítica deductiva, con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación básica, diseño no experimental, corte longitudinal y alcance descriptivo. Resultados: La diferencia de cumplimiento entre 2018 y 2021 fue del 25%, 100%, 33%, 0%, 7%, 40% y 0% en las dimensiones de Sistema de Calidad, Personal, Instalaciones, Equipos e Instrumentos, Documentación, Reclamos y en Autoinspecciones respectivamente. Conclusiones: Se comparó el nivel de cumplimiento de las BPA de la Droguería BIOS PERU S.A.C. entre el 2018 y 2021, encontrando que la diferencia porcentual se debió a que no implementaron mejoras en diversas áreas. Mostró también la diferencia con el veredicto de la DIGEMID, evidenciando la naturaleza flexible del acta de inspección
