Calidad de la atención de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente posoperado del centro quirúrgico de una clínica de Lima – 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: A través del presente trabajo se pretende determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de la atención de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente posoperado del centro quirúrgico de una clínica de Lima en el año 2024. Metodología: Se empleará el método hipotético deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo; además el tipo de investigación será aplicado, en el diseño no se manipularán las variables, el corte será transversal y en cuanto al alcance, este será correlacional. Se trabajará con 80 personas posoperadas del centro quirúrgico a quienes se les administrará dos cuestionarios que medirán ambas variables. Ambos cuestionarios han pasado por el proceso de validación y han obtenido un coeficiente de confiabilidad óptimo según la medida estadística Alfa de Cronbach siendo posible de ser aplicado en el presente estudio. El cuestionario de calidad de atención de enfermería obtuvo un 0,798 y el cuestionario sobre satisfacción del paciente posoperado con 0.93; los resultados serán tabulados para elaborar las estadísticas necesarias y, en caso necesario, serán interpretados a través de tablas y gráficos. A continuación, será evaluado la relación entre ambas variables mediante el coeficiente de Spearman que dará respuesta a la hipótesis planteada.

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of the postoperative patient in the surgical center of a clinic in Lima in the year 2024. Methodology: The hypothetical deductive method will be used, with a quantitative approach; in addition, the type of research will be applied, the design will not manipulate the variables, the cut will be transversal and the scope will be correlational. We will work with 80 postoperative patients from the surgical center who will be administered two questionnaires that will measure both variables. Both questionnaires have undergone the validation process and have obtained an optimal reliability coefficient according to Cronbach's Alpha statistical measure, making it possible to be applied in the present study. The nursing care quality questionnaire obtained a 0.798 and the questionnaire on postoperative patient satisfaction with 0.93; the results will be tabulated to elaborate the necessary statistics and, if necessary, will be interpreted through tables and graphs. Next, the relationship between both variables will be evaluated by means of Spearman's coefficient, which will provide an answer to the hypothesis proposed.
