Conocimiento y habilidad sobre RCP en enfermeros del área de emergencia y UCI, Hospital Regional de Huacho 2026

Abstract

Introducción: Enfermería es la profesión que necesita un despliegue de ocupaciones que requiere tener un gran entendimiento científico, control de la mente y emocional de más grande rigor donde pide alta concentración y responsabilidad. La enfermera como actor primordial del paciente en parada cardiaca debería tener un entendimiento mínimo de la Reanimación Cardiopulmonar (RCP), puesto que de aquello va depender la reanimación de calidad. Objetivo: Determinar la relación del conocimiento con la habilidad en reanimación cardiopulmonar del enfermero del área de emergencia y UCI del Hospital Regional de Huacho – 2026. Método: El estudio será observacional, descriptivo, de nivel o alcance correlacional, de corte transversal. La población y muestra por conveniencia será de 80 enfermeros del área de Emergencia y Uci del Hospital Regional de Huacho, utilizando para medir mi 1ra variable conocimientos se utilizará un cuestionario creado por Gálvez Centeno César André en el 2016 y la 2da variable habilidad será observacional mediante una lista de chequeo elaborada por Chavez y Ventura en su estudio titulado “conocimiento y habilidades sobre reanimación cardiopulmonar básico en profesionales de enfermeria del Hospital Tingo María 2021” que se recogerán datos para ser procesados mediante pruebas no paramétricas para determinar la relación entre ambas variables a fin de probar las hipótesis.

Introduction: Nursing is the profession that needs a deployment of occupations that requires having a great scientific understanding, mind control and emotional control of greater rigor where it requires high concentration and responsibility. The nurse as a primary actor of the patient in cardiac arrest should have a minimum understanding of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), since quality resuscitation will depend on this. Objective: To determine the relationship of knowledge with the ability of the emergency area nurse and ICU of the Huacho Regional Hospital - 2026. Method: The study will be observational, descriptive, correlational level or scope, cross-sectional. The population and convenience sample will be 80 nurses from the Emergency and ICU area of the Huacho Regional Hospital, using a questionnaire created by Gálvez Centeno César André in 2016 to measure my 1st knowledge variable, and the 2nd skill variable will be observational through a checklist prepared by Lizarme Fernández Elva and Yucra Huamán María Isabel in 2019 that data will be collected to be processed through non-parametric tests to determine the relationship between both variables in order to test the hypotheses.
