Gestión del clima organizacional y la atención del personal de farmacia de una cadena de boticas del distrito de Puente Piedra, 2023

Abstract

Esta investigación se realizó con el objetivo de “Determinar la relación entre la gestión del clima organizacional y la atención del personal de farmacia de una cadena de boticas del distrito de Puente Piedra, 2023”. El estudio fue transversal con un enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional y no experimental. Se utilizó una población conformada por 100 participantes entre químicos farmacéuticos y técnicos de farmacia; la técnica que se utilizó fue la de recolección de datos a través de una encuesta y el instrumento que se empleó fue el cuestionario sobre la variable gestión de clima organizacional que consta de 23 preguntas. El instrumento empleado es el cuestionario sobre la variable atención del personal de farmacia que consta de 9 preguntas, con sus correspondientes dimensiones: disponibilidad de medicamentos, tiempo de atención y trato de atención. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se encontró que la gestión del clima organizacional es de nivel regular, el 44% que tienen una Atención del personal de farmacia de nivel regular, el 15% presenta una gestión del clima organizacional de nivel regular, mientras tienen una atención farmacéutica de nivel bueno, el 3% presenta una gestión del clima organizacional de nivel regular, mientras tienen una atención del personal de farmacia de nivel mala. Se llegó a la conclusión que existe una de correlación rho de Spearman (rho=0,755) con una magnitud de correlación buena entre la gestión del clima organizacional y la atención del personal de farmacia del distrito de Puente Piedra 2023

This research was carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between the management of the organizational climate and the attention of the pharmacy staff of a pharmacy chain in the district of Puente Piedra, 2023." The study was cross-sectional with a quantitative, correlational and non-experimental approach. A population consisting of 100 participants was used, including pharmaceutical chemists and pharmacy technicians; The technique used was data collection through a survey and the instrument used was the questionnaire on the organizational climate management variable, which consists of 23 questions.
