Aprendizaje cooperativo e interacción en entornos virtuales de enseñanza aprendizaje en discentes de enfermería de posgrado en una universidad privada, Lima-2022

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue establecer la relación entre el aprendizaje cooperativo e interacción en entornos virtuales de enseñanza aprendizaje en discentes de enfermería de posgrado en una universidad privada, lima-2022, la investigación se realizó bajo un paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental no se manipularon las variables del estudio transversal correlacional, con una población de 176 discentes de enfermería en cuidados intensivos de posgrado , la muestra fueron 107 discentes y el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia, se utilizaron dos instrumentos el cuestionario de Aprendizaje cooperativo e IEVEA para la interacción en entornos virtuales validados y altamente confiables. Los resultados descriptivos demostraron que los discentes se encontraron en un el nivel alto en cuanto al aprendizaje cooperativo 81.3% y en la interacción en los entornos virtuales 61.7%, los resultados inferenciales evidenciaron una relación directa significativa según Rho Spearman de 0.497. Se concluye que el aprendizaje cooperativo en entornos virtuales favorece el aprendizaje a partir de la colaboración, las habilidades comunicativas y la interacción entre los discentes, docentes y comunidad de aprendizaje.

The objective of the study was to establish the relationship between cooperative learning and interaction in virtual teaching-learning environments in postgraduate nursing students at a private university, Lima-2022, the research was carried out under a positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method. , non-experimental design, the variables of the correlational cross-sectional study were not manipulated, with a population of 176 nursing students in postgraduate intensive care, the sample was 107 students and the sampling was non-probabilistic for convenience, two instruments were used: the Learning questionnaire cooperative and IEVEA for interaction in validated and highly reliable virtual environments. The descriptive results showed that the students were at a high level in terms of cooperative learning 81.3% and in the interaction in virtual environments 61.7%, the inferential results showed a significant direct relationship according to Rho Spearman of 0.497. It is concluded that cooperative learning in virtual environments favors learning based on collaboration, communication skills and interaction between students, teachers and the learning community.
