Conocimiento del autocuidado y estilos de vida en estudiantes de secundaria cuarto y quinto Institución “6068 Manuel Gonzales Prada” Lima

Abstract

La indagación contó con el fin de determinar la asociación entre el conocimiento del autocuidado y los estilos de vida en estudiantes de secundaria cuarto y quinto Institución "6068 Manuel Gonzales Prada" Lima. Métodos: Se ejecutará una disertación aplicada, cuantitativa, no experimental y transversal, con 93 estudiantes del nivel 4to y 5to de secundaria, en el acopio de la evidencia se emplearán cuestionarios. Posterior a su ejecución, se compilará la documentación, que se codificará y organizará en un repositorio de información, la cual se someterá a un procesamiento estadístico mediante SPSS 25.0. Resultados: el 20,4% presentó un nivel bajo de conocimiento del autocuidado, de los cuales el 12,9% tuvo un estilo de vida malo, el 6,5% regular y el 1,1% bueno. Asimismo, el 55,9% mostró un conocimiento medio, distribuyéndose en un 3,2% con estilo de vida malo, 46,2% regular y 6,5% bueno. Por otro lado, el 23,7% alcanzó un conocimiento alto, correspondiendo el 1,1% a estilo de vida malo, el 9,7% a regular y el 12,9% a bueno. Se concluyó que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa, positiva y de intensidad moderada entre el conocimiento del autocuidado y los estilos de vida en los estudiantes de cuarto y quinto año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa “6068 Manuel Gonzales Prada” de Lima. El valor del coeficiente de correlación (r = 0.633; p = 0.000 < 0.01).

The research aimed to determine the association between the knowledge of self-care and lifestyles in fourth and fifth secondary school students Institution "6068 Manuel Gonzales Prada" Lima. Method: applied, no experimental and sectional dissertation will be carried out with 93 students from the 4th and 5th levels of secondary school, in the collection of evidence questionnaires will be used. Results: 20.4% had a low level of knowledge of self-care, of which 12.9% had a bad lifestyle, 6.5% had a regular lifestyle and 1.1% had a good lifestyle. Likewise, 55.9% showed average knowledge, with 3.2% having a bad lifestyle, 46.2% regular and 6.5% good. On the other hand, 23.7% achieved high knowledge, with 1.1% corresponding to a bad lifestyle, 9.7% to fair and 12.9% to good. It was concluded that there is a statistically significant, positive and moderately intense relationship between the knowledge of self-care and lifestyles in fourth- and fifth-year high school students of the Educational Institution "6068 Manuel Gonzales Prada" in Lima. The value of the correlation coefficient (r = 0.633; p = 0.000 < 0.01).
