Estrés laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento en profesionales de enfermería en Hospital Regional “Daniel Alcides Carrión”, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre el estrés laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento en profesionales de enfermería en el Hospital Regional Docente Clínico–Quirúrgico “Daniel Alcides Carrión”. Materiales y Métodos: La investigación se basará en el método hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de alcance correlacional, corte transversal. La población estará conformada por los profesionales de enfermería del Hospital Regional y la muestra para ser significativa dentro de los profesionales consideraremos 50 profesionales. La técnica a utilizarse será la encuesta y los instrumentos serán cuestionarios validados y confiables. El procesamiento y análisis de los datos mediante el programa IMB SPSS Versión 26. Los resultados se presentarán en tablas estadísticas y gráficos, asimismo, se utilizará un análisis inferencial previa aplicación de la prueba de normalidad para establecer el coeficiente de correlación.

General objective: Determine the relationship between work stress and coping strategies in nursing professionals in Hospital Regional Docente Clínico–Quirúrgico “Daniel Alcides Carrión”, 2024. Materials and Methods: The research will be based on the hypothetical – deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type, non–experimental design. correlational scope, cross section. The population will be made up of 50 nursing professionals from the Hospital Regional Docente Clínico–Quirúrgico “Daniel Alcides Carrión”. The technique to be used will be the survey and the instruments will be validated and reliable questionnaires. The processing and analysis of the data using the IMB SPSS Version 26 program. The results will be presented in statistical tables and graphs, likewise, an inferential analysis will be used after applying the normality test to establish the correlation coefficient.
