Nivel de ansiedad y estrategias de afrontamiento en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica terminal de un Hospital de Lima 2025

Abstract

En un Hospital Nacional ubicado en Lima, se ha registrado la creciente prevalencia de pacientes que han contado con diagnóstico renal avanzado que han podido atravesar episodios de tensión emocional constante, a consecuencia del deterioro físico progresivo y la dependencia que se ha tenido hacia los procedimientos médicos continuos. La irregularidad en cuanto a la adherencia hacia las terapias, la incertidumbre acerca del pronóstico vital y las limitaciones económicas de las familias, configuran un entorno que no ha hecho más que intensificar el malestar psicológico y las reacciones emocionales adversas. Lo expuesto, permitirá el planteamiento del siguiente objetivo general: Examinar cómo se relaciona la ansiedad así como las tácticas de afrontamiento en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica terminal que reciben atención en un hospital de Lima, 2025. La metodología correlacional, expondrá el uso del cuestionario en un total de 57 pacientes. Los resultados harán uso de métodos descriptivos e inferenciales de la estadística, con la intención de poder demostrar la existencia de comportamiento conjunto entre las contrastaciones expuestas. Mientras que, la conclusión conllevará a que se pueda responder cada objetivo de estudio, en correspondencia con un valor de sigma que sea inferior a 0.050 para demostrar la existencia de relación.

In a National Hospital located in Lima, there has been a growing prevalence of patients who have had an advanced renal diagnosis who have been able to go through episodes of constant emotional tension, as a result of progressive physical deterioration and dependence on continuous medical procedures. The irregularity in terms of adherence to therapies, the uncertainty about the vital prognosis and the economic limitations of the families, make up an environment that has only intensified the psychological discomfort and adverse emotional reactions. The above will allow the following general objective to be proposed: To determine the relationship between the level of anxiety and coping strategies in patients with end-stage chronic kidney disease in a hospital in Lima 2025. The correlational methodology will expose the use of the questionnaire in a total of 57 patients. The results will make use of descriptive and inferential statistics, with the intention of being able to demonstrate the existence of joint behavior between the contrasts exposed. On the other hand, the conclusion will lead to the possibility of answering each study objective, corresponding to a sigma value that is less than 0.050 to demonstrate the existence of a relationship.
