Factores asociados y su relación con la adherencia terapéutica, en pacientes hipertensos que laboran en la sede central del Fuero Militar Policial, Lima 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Analizar la relación de los factores asociados con adherencia terapéutica, en paciente hipertenso que laboran en la sede central del Fuero Militar Policial, Lima 2024. Metodología: Empleamos enfoques cuantitativos, aplicados, no experimentales, correlacionales, transversales. El muestreo fue no probabilísticos. Las muestras fueron obtenidas mediante fórmula de poblaciones finitas brindando un total 96 que laboran en la Sede Central del Fuero Militar Policial que tienen diagnóstico de hipertensión arterial y son atendidos de manera frecuente en el área de Sanidad. Resultados: Los factores relacionados con la adherencia al tratamiento son los siguientes: hay adherencia terapéutica parcial con factor asociado en no responde con comportamiento de adherencia en 64.6%. Los factores relacionados en su dimensión factores socioeconómicos con la adherencia al tratamiento son los siguientes: hay adherencia terapéutica parcial con factor asociado en no responde con comportamiento de adherencia en 39.6%. Los factores relacionados en su dimensión factores asociados con el proveedor del cuidado con la adherencia al tratamiento son los siguientes: hay adherencia terapéutica parcial con factor asociado en no responde con comportamiento de adherencia en 43.8%. El factor relacionado en dimensiones factor asociado con los tratamientos con las adherencias son los siguientes: hay adherencia terapéutica parcial con factor asociado en no responde con comportamiento de adherencia en 51%. Los factores relacionados en su dimensión factores asociados con el paciente con la adherencia al tratamiento son los siguientes: hay adherencia terapéutica parcial con factor asociado en no responde con comportamiento de adherencia en 40.6%.

Objective: To analyze the relationship of the factor associated with therapeutic adherence, in hypertensive patients who work at the headquarters of the Military Police Jurisdiction, Lima 2024. Methodologies: We used quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational, cross sectional approaches. The sampling was non-probabilistic. The samples were obtained through a finite population formula, providing a total of 96 who work at the Central Headquarters of the Military Police Jurisdiction who have a diagnosis of arterial hypertension and are frequently treated in the Health area. Results: The factors related to adherence to treatment are the following: there is partial therapeutic adherence with an associated factor in non-response with adherence behavior in 64.6%. The factors related in their socioeconomic factors dimension with adherence to treatment are the following: there is partial therapeutic adherence with an associated factor in non-response with adherence behavior in 39.6%. The factors associated with the care provider in their dimension with treatment adherence are the following: there is partial therapeutic adherence with a factor associated with non-response and adherence behavior in 43.8%. The factors related in the dimensions of factors associated with treatments with adhesions are the following: there is partial therapeutic adherence with a factor associated with non-response and adherence behavior in 51%. The factors related in their dimension of factors associated with the patient with treatment adherence are the following: there is partial therapeutic adherence with a factor associated with non-response and adherence behavior in 40.6%.
