Niveles de prioridad del triaje y tiempo de espera en la atención de pacientes de emergencia en un hospital público de Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar cómo se relaciona los niveles de prioridad del triaje y el tiempo de espera en la atención de pacientes de emergencia en un hospital público de Lima, 2024. Metodología: El método será hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La técnica investigativa será una lista de cotejo y los instrumentos serán dos registros de datos sobre niveles de prioridad del triaje (α=0.92), y tiempo de espera (α=0.98); asimismo, tendrá una población y muestra de 95 historias clínicas de pacientes en emergencias; además, culminado con la realización del trabajo de campo seguidamente se codificarán los puntajes según la Escala de Stanones con la yuda del Microsoft Excel 2021 y SPSS 27.0; luego de ello, se reportarán en tablas y/o figuras para realización analítica e interpretativa; y finalmente se realizará la Prueba de Correlación de Spearman (Rho) entre las variables.

Objective: To determine how triage priority levels and waiting time are related in the care of emergency patients in a public hospital in Lima, 2024. Methodology: The method will be hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational. The research technique will be a checklist, and the instruments will be two data records on triage priority levels (α=0.92) and waiting time (α=0.98); likewise, it will have a population and sample of 95 medical records of patients in emergencies; in addition, once the fieldwork is completed, the scores will then be coded according to the Stanones Scale with the help of Microsoft Excel 2021 and SPSS 27.0; after that, they will be reported in tables and/or figures for analytical and interpretive purposes; and finally, the Spearman Correlation Test (Rho) will be performed between the variables.
