El perfil psicológico criminal del homicida como un factor que influye en los delitos de feminicidio, Ayacucho 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar cuál es el perfil psicológico criminal del homicida como un factor que influye en los delitos de feminicidio. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, de tipo deductivo de un nivel correlacional. Se utilizó el muestreo no probabilístico, tomando como muestra 80 personas 30 jueces en materia penal, 30 fiscales en materia penal y 20 abogados litigantes en materia penal, a quienes se le aplico el instrumento de la encuesta que mide las variables del perfil psicológico criminal y el feminicidio, en sus dimensiones de los factores psicológicos, biológicos y sociales en los feminicidios íntimos no íntimos y conexos, obteniendo como resultado que existe una relación entre el perfil psicológico criminal del homicida como un factor que influye en los delitos de feminicidio. Corroborando y contrastando nuestra hipótesis de estudios ha quedado demostrado utilizando el coeficiente de RHO de Spearman, concluyendo que el perfil psicológico criminal tiene relación en el delito de Feminicidio. Corroborándose que existe una relación entre las variables de una forma positiva de grado moderado r= 0,995. Asimismo, se encontró una relación entre las dimensiones del factor biológico, factor social y factor psicológico evidenciándose una significancia menor al (p <0.005). Y para concluir se realiza las recomendaciones pertinentes como: Incorporar como prueba científica el perfil psicológico criminal, para esclarecer los hechos de feminicidio para contribuir en la investigación.

Corroborating and contrasting our study hypothesis, it has been demonstrated using Spearman’s RHO coefficient, concluding that the criminal psychological profile is related to the crime of femicide. Corroborating that there is a relationship between the variables in positive way of moderate degree r=0.995. Likewise, a relationship was found between the dimensions of the biological factor, social factor and psychological factor, showing a significance less than (p <0.005). Likewise, a relationship was found between the dimensins of the biological, factor social and psycological factor, showing a significance less tan (p <0.005). And to conclude, the pertinent recommendations are made, such as: Incorporate the criminal psycological profile as scientific evidence, to clarify the facts of femicide to contribute to the investigación.
