Conocimiento y actitud sobre el cribado metabólico en puérperas de alojamiento conjunto de un hospital del MINSA, Lima, 2025

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación que se presenta a continuación, tiene por objetivo principal determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre el cribado metabólico y la actitud de las puérperas en alojamiento conjunto de un hospital del MINSA, Lima, 2025. Se utilizará el enfoque del método científico hipotético-deductivo, que permite la formulación de hipótesis y su contrastación mediante observaciones específicas para generar conocimiento generalizable. Para este estudio se empleará un enfoque cuantitativo de aplicación práctica, articulado mediante un diseño transversal no experimental que permitirá desarrollar análisis descriptivos y correlacionales. Con el fin de recolectar la información pertinente, se hará uso de la técnica de encuesta., se emplearán dos cuestionarios complementarios, uno que permita determinar los conocimientos y otro que explore las actitudes. Ambos diseñados con una escala tipo Likert. Los datos se procesarán en SPSS versión 25 con el propósito de reconocer la relación entre las variables, mientras que la hipótesis se verificará a través del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, adecuado para variables ordinales.

The research study presented below has as its main objective to determine the relationship between knowledge about metabolic screening and the attitude of postpartum women in rooming in care at a MINSA hospital in Lima, 2025. The hypothetical–deductive scientific method will be used, as it allows for the formulation of hypotheses and their testing through specific observations to generate generalizable knowledge. For this study, a quantitative approach of practical application will be employed, structured through a non-experimental cross-sectional design that will allow for descriptive and correlational analyses. To collect the relevant information, the survey technique will be used, applying two complementary questionnaires: one aimed at assessing knowledge and the other at evaluating attitudes. Both instruments will be designed using a Likert-type scale. The data will be processed using SPSS version 25 for the purpose of identifying the relationship between the variables, while the hypothesis will be tested through Spearman’s correlation coefficient, which is appropriate for ordinal variables.
