La gestión del talento humano y la calidad educativa en la escuela de cadetes de Policía “General Francisco de Paula Santander”- Ecsan de Colombia, año 2017

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal el determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y la calidad educativa en la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía “General Francisco de Paula Santander” – ECSAN, de Colombia, año 2017; el tipo fue básica de nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la muestra fue de 105 docentes, y el enfoque fue cuantitativo. Se encontró que existe relación directa y alta entre la gestión del talento humano y la calidad educativa (valor de Rho = 0,804 y valor de p = 0,000); de forma similar pero distintas intensidades entre cada una de las dimensiones de la variable 1: Reclutamiento (valor de Rho = 0,737 y valor de p = 0,000), selección (valor de Rho = 0,564 y valor de p = 0,000), contratación (valor de Rho = 0,370 y valor de p = 0,000), inducción (valor de Rho = 0,853 y valor de p = 0,000), capacitación (valor de Rho = 0,743 y valor de p = 0,000), y entrenamiento (valor de Rho = 0,793 y valor de p = 0,000) con la calidad educativa.

This research has as principal aim to determine the relation between the management of the human talent and the educational quality in "General Francisco de Paula Santander" School of Police Cadets - ECSAN, Colombia, 2017; the type was basic of correlational level, with an experimental design and cross sectional one. The sample were 105 teachers, and the approach was quantitative. There was found that there is a direct and high relation between the management of the human talent and the educational quality (Rho's value = 0,804 and value of p = 0,000). Similarly among but different intensities each of the dimensions of variable 1: Recruitment (Rho's value = 0,737 and value of p = 0,000); selection (Rho's value = 0,564 and value of p = 0,000); contracting (Rho's value = 0,370 and value of p = 0,000); induction (Rho's value = 0,853 and value of p = 0,000); training (Rho's value = 0,743 and value of p = 0,000), and training (Rho's value = 0,793 and value of p = 0,000) with the educational quality -variable 2-.
