La plataforma virtual Runachay y el rendimiento académico en el curso “Desarrollo Organizacional” en los alumnos de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2018

Abstract

La investigación que aquí se presenta bajo el título de “Uso de la Plataforma Virtual Runachay y su relación con el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes en el curso “Desarrollo Organizacional” de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2018”, tuvo como objetivo determinar cómo se relaciona el uso de la Plataforma Virtual Runachay y el Rendimiento Académico. El trabajo se elaboró bajo los parámetros de una investigación descriptiva - correlacional. La población y muestra estuvieron conformadas por 41 estudiantes del curso de Desarrollo Organizacional de la Universidad Norbert Wiener. La prueba de hipótesis se realizó mediante el coeficiente Rho Spearman, concluyendo que el Uso de la Plataforma Virtual Runachay se correlaciona significativamente con el Rendimiento Académico de los estudiantes en el curso “Desarrollo Organizacional” de la Universidad Norbert Wiener durante el año 2018, afirmación sustentada en los resultados estadísticos obtenidos, donde según el resultado del coeficiente Rho de Spearman, la hipótesis general alternativa queda aceptada.

The research presented here under the title "Use of the Runachay Virtual Platform and its relationship with the academic performance of students in the course" Organizational Development "of the Norbert Wiener University, 2018", aimed to determine how it relates the use of the Runachay Virtual Platform and Academic Performance. The work was elaborated under the parameters of a descriptive - correlational investigation. The population and sample consisted of 41 students from the Organizational Development course of the Norbert Wiener University. The hypothesis test was performed using the Rho Spearman coefficient, concluding that the use of the Runachay Virtual Platform is significantly correlated with the Academic Performance of the students in the course "Organizational Development" of the Norbert Wiener University during the year 2018, affirmation sustained in the statistical results obtained, where according to the result of Spearman's Rho coefficient, the alternative general hypothesis is accepted.
