Síndrome de Burnout y Bienestar Psicológico en el personal de enfermería del servicio de consulta externa de salud mental de un hospital público, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: Establecer la relación existente entre el síndrome de burnout y el bienestar psicológico en el personal de enfermería de consulta externa de salud mental de un hospital público de Lima, 2025. Materiales y métodos: Se aplico un tipo de investigación con enfoque hipotético - deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, de correlación y transversal en un total de 50 expertas. Se tomará en cuenta a todas las profesionales de enfermería que laboran en el Servicio de Consulta Externa de Salud Mental de un hospital público en Lima. Como la población es limitada, no se utilizará una muestra; se aplicará la escala de bienestar psicológico y de evaluación del agotamiento Maslach (HSS). Finalmente, el estudio de los datos mostrará una estadística descriptiva a través de tablas y frecuencias, además de un análisis inferencial que tomará en cuenta la aplicación del coeficiente de Spearman en la correlación entre las variables.

Objective: To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and psychological well being in nursing staff in the mental health outpatient service of a public hospital in Lima, 2024. Materials and methods: A type of research was applied with a hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional approach in a total of 50 experts. All nursing professionals working in the Mental Health Outpatient Service of a public hospital in Lima will be included. As the population is limited, a sample will not be used; the Maslach psychological well-being and burnout assessment scale (HSS) will be applied. Finally, the study of the data will show descriptive statistics through tables and frequencies, in addition to an inferential analysis that will consider the application of the Spearman coefficient in the correlation between the variables.
