Cuidado humanizado y calidad de atención del profesional de enfermería en una clínica privada de Lima, 2024

Abstract

El trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Cuidado humanizado y la calidad de atención del profesional de enfermería. Métodos: Se empleará un método aplicado, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental de corte transversal. La población de 350 pacientes y muestra que será conformada por 183 pacientes de una clínica privada de Lima, 2024. Las herramientas que se emplearán en el estudio serán dos cuestionarios, que ya han sido validados y poseen alta fiabilidad, para la recopilación de los registros tomará alrededor de 30 minutos. Después de aplicar los instrumentos, la información recolectada, codificada y registrada se presentarán en una base de datos, que se analizará de forma estadística con SPSS 25.0 empleando técnicas de estadística descriptiva e inferencial, incluyendo el Rho de Spearman, el cual nos facilita validar la precisión de las hipótesis del estudio y así ofrecer conclusiones basadas en la evaluación de los fenómenos indagados.

The objective of this study is to determine the relationship between humanized care and the quality of care of nursing professionals. Methods: An applied method will be used, under a quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional approach. The population of 350 patients and shows that it will be made up of 183 patients from a private clinic in Lima, 2024. The tools that will be used in the study will be two questionnaires, which have already been validated and have high reliability, for the collection of the records it will take about 30 minutes. After applying the instruments, the collected, coded and recorded information will be presented in a database, which will be statistically analyzed with SPSS 25.0 using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, including Spearman's Rho, which makes it easier for us to validate the accuracy of the study's hypotheses and thus offer conclusions based on the evaluation of the investigated phenomena.
