Clima organizacional y desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de un centro materno infantil, Lima, 2024

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tendrá como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral del personal de enfermería de un centro materno infantil, Lima 2024. Material y método: La investigación se caracterizará por ser de método hipotético deductivo, alcance correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo, corte transversal, La población comprendida serán 100 participantes personal de enfermería. Los instrumentos que se aplicarán serán los cuestionarios, denominado "Inventario del Clima organizacional" y "Desempeño laboral". El procesamiento estadístico y el análisis de datos se realizarán utilizando el software SPSS v. 26 y dependiendo de la distribución de los datos, se aplicarán métodos estadísticos paramétricos o no paramétricos, como el coeficiente de correlación de Rho Spearman o prueba de Pearson para evaluar la relación entre las variables, lo que permitirá comprobar las hipótesis planteadas.

The present research project will have the objective of: Determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the job performance of the nursing staff of a maternal and child center, Lima 2024. Material and method: The research will be characterized by being a hypothetical deductive method, correlational scope, quantitative approach, cross-sectional, The population included will be 100 nursing staff participants. The instruments to be applied will be the questionnaires, called "Organizational Climate Inventory" and "Job Performance". Statistical processing and data analysis will be carried out using SPSS v. 26 software and depending on the distribution of the data, parametric or non-parametric statistical methods will be applied, such as the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient or Pearson test to evaluate the relationship between the variables, which will allow to verify the hypotheses raised.
