Empoderamiento del personal de enfermería y el cuidado humanizado en las áreas críticas en un Hospital Ventanilla 2022

Abstract

El estudio de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de “Determinar la relación entre el empoderamiento de los profesionales de enfermería y el cuidado humanizado en las áreas críticas de un hospital Ventanilla,2022”. La Metodología utilizada es de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional, de diseño no experimental, transversal. La población encuestada fueron 80 enfermeros del hospital de Ventanilla. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y dos cuestionarios como instrumentos validados para la realidad peruana. La variable empoderamiento estructural con 4 dimensiones y 20 items, mientras la otra variable cuidado humanizado con 7 dimensiones y 63 items. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el programa SPSS Statistics 25. Resultados Para la prueba de hipótesis se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman (Rho). Los valores obtenidos demuestran la población encuestada tiene un alto nivel de empoderamiento 48%, un moderado cuidado humanizado 45% y solo un 6,3% refiere tener un bajo nivel de cuidado humanizado. Se hallo Rho = 0.253, siendo p valor < 0.05 y un nivel de significancia 0.024. Llegando a la Conclusión que existe relación significativa entre el empoderamiento de los profesionales de enfermería y el cuidado humanizado en las áreas críticas en las áreas críticas en un hospital Ventanilla 2022.

The research study was carried out with the objective of "Determining the relationship between the empowerment of nursing professionals and humanized care in the critical areas of a Ventanilla hospital, 2022". The methodology used is of an applied type, with a quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, transversal design. The population surveyed was 80 nurses from the Ventanilla hospital. The data collection technique was the survey and two questionnaires as instruments validated for the Peruvian reality. The structural empowerment variable with 4 dimensions and 20 items, while the other humanized care variable with 7 dimensions and 63 items. The SPSS Statistics 25 program was used for data analysis. Results Spearman's correlation coefficient (Rho) was applied to test the hypothesis. The values obtained show that the surveyed population has a high level of empowerment 48%, a moderate humanized care 45% and only 6.3% report having a low level of humanized care. Rho = 0.253 was found, with p value < 0.05 and a significance level of 0.024. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between the empowerment of nursing professionals and humanized care in critical areas in critical areas in a Ventanilla 2022 hospital.
