Conocimiento sobre la prevención de riesgos biológicos y actitud del personal de centro quirúrgico de un hospital nivel II – 1 de Lima, 2025

Abstract

Introducción: La prevención de riesgos biológicos constituye un aspecto fundamental en la práctica del personal de salud, especialmente en entornos hospitalarios donde la exposición a agentes patógenos es constante, por tanto, el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud del personal de enfermería son determinantes para la aplicación efectiva de medidas de bioseguridad, reduciendo la incidencia de accidentes ocupacionales y garantizando la seguridad de pacientes y trabajadores. Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento sobre la prevención de riesgos biológicos y la actitud del personal de Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, investigación aplicada, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y correlacional. Población: 30 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital nivel II – 1. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y como instrumentos será el cuestionario

Introduction: The prevention of biological risks is a fundamental aspect of healthcare practice, especially in hospital settings where exposure to pathogenic agents is constant. Therefore, the level of knowledge and the attitude of nursing staff are crucial for the effective application of biosafety measures, reducing the incidence of occupational accidents and ensuring the safety of both patients and healthcare workers. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge about the prevention of biological risks and the attitude of surgical center staff in a hospital. Methodology: Quantitative approach, applied research, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, and correlational. Population: 30 nursing professionals working in the Surgical Center of a Level II 1 Hospital. The technique to be used will be a survey, and the instrument will be a questionnaire.
