Comunicación terapéutica y satisfacción de los padres de niños hospitalizados en el servicio de pediatría de un hospital de Lima 2026

Abstract

El objetivo de estudio es “Determinar la relación entre la comunicación terapéutica y la satisfacción de los padres de niños hospitalizados”. Métodos: Se trabajará con una metodología aplicada, bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño observacional de corte transversal, con una muestra de 80 padres de niños hospitalizados en el Servicio de Pediatría de un hospital de Lima 2026. Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta mediante dos cuestionarios para la recolección de datos. Posteriormente, la información obtenida será codificada y registrada en una matriz de datos, la cual será procesada con el software estadístico SPSS 25.0. Se aplicará un análisis descriptivo e inferencial, utilizando el coeficiente Rho de Spearman, lo que permitirá comprobar las hipótesis del estudio y, con ello, sustentar las conclusiones sobre la relación entre las variables analizadas.

The objective of the study is "To determine the relationship between therapeutic communication and the satisfaction of parents of hospitalized children". Methods: A methodology applied under a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional observational design, will be used with a sample of 80 parents of children hospitalized in the Pediatrics Service, Hospital Emergencias Pediátricas Lima 2025. The survey technique will be used through two questionnaires for data collection. Subsequently, the information obtained will be coded and recorded in a data matrix, which will be processed with the SPSS 25.0 statistical software. A descriptive and inferential analysis will be applied, using Spearman's Rho coefficient, which will allow the hypotheses of the study to be tested and, thus, support the conclusions about the relationship between the variables analyzed.
