Consumo de drogas ilícitas y su relación con las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes en el Complejo Policial Walter Rosales León, Lima 2021

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the consumption of illicit drugs and the offenses committed by adolescents at the Walter Rosales León police complex in Lima, 2021. Methods: The research was basic, with a non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational design. The approach was quantitative, retrospective, and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 278 reports found in the toxicology area's archives, related to offenses committed by adolescents aged 13 to 17. The instrument was an observation form, and the study was conducted with a 95% confidence level. Results: The records showed the abuse of illicit drugs, including marijuana (65.1%), cocaine (10.1%), and marijuana/cocaine (24.8%). Regarding the offenses committed, there was a higher incidence of crimes against property (77.3%), public safety (14.7%), and life, health, and body (7.9%). The ages with the highest number of criminal acts were between 15 and 17 years old (90.7%), and 95.3% of the offenders were male. Conclusion: The significance value was 0.000 (p < 0.05), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis. The study concluded that the consumption of illicit drugs has a significant relationship with the offenses committed by adolescents at the Walter Rosales León police complex in Lima, 2021.

El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el consumo de drogas ilícitas y las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes en el complejo policial Walter Rosales León, Lima 2021. Métodos. El tipo de investigación fue básico, el diseño fue no experimental, descriptivo correlacional, con enfoque cuantitativo, retrospectivo y transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por 278 actas que se encontraron en los archivos del área de toxicología relacionados a las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes de 13 a 17 años, el instrumento fue una ficha de observación, se trabajó con 95% de confianza. Resultados se observó en las actas, el abuso de las drogas ilícitas; como la marihuana con 65,1%, cocaína 10,1% y marihuana /cocaína 24,8%; asimismo, con relación a las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes, ha tenido una mayor incidencia contra el patrimonio con 77,3%, seguridad pública 14,7%, el cuerpo, la vida y la salud 7,9%; por otra parte, las edades en las que ocurren los mayores actos delictivos se encuentran entre 15 a 17 años con 90,7%. Además, el sexo masculino es el 95,3%. Conclusión: El valor de la significancia fue 0,000 (p < 0,05); por tanto, se rechaza la hipótesis H0 y se acepta la hipótesis alterna H1; es decir, El consumo de drogas ilícitas guarda relación significativa con las infracciones cometidas por los adolescentes en el complejo Policial Walter Rosales León, Lima 2021, concluyendo que sí existe relación entre las dos variables de estudio.
