Cuidado humanizado de enfermería y satisfacción del familiar de pacientes pediátricos de un hospital de Lima, 2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tendrá como objetivo “Determinar la relación del cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la satisfacción del familiar del paciente pediátrico”. La población estará constituida de 80 familiares acompañantes de pacientes pediátricos hospitalizados en el servicio de pediátrica de un hospital de Lima. La metodología a utilizar será cuantitativa, correlacional y no experimental, utilizando un método deductivo hipotético. Se empleará como técnica la encuesta en los dos instrumentos. El primer instrumento tuvo confiabilidad de 0,894, la cual es adecuada según Alfa de Cronbach; el segundo instrumento tuvo 0.905 de confidencialidad. Ambos instrumentos fueron validados por jueces expertos. Los datos obtenidos de cada variable se procesarán los datos y serán presentados en forma de gráficos y tablas haciendo uso del programa estadístico SPSS. Asimismo, las variables se correlacionarán mediante la prueba de Spearman.

This research aims to analyze the connection between humanized nursing care and the satisfaction levels of family members of pediatric patients. The target population will include 80 relatives who accompany hospitalized children within the pediatric ward. The study will adopt a quantitative, correlational, and non-experimental approach, guided by the hypothetical deductive method. Data collection will be carried out using surveys based on Likert-type scales. The reliability of the first instrument a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.894, while the second instrument achieved a reliability coefficient of 0.905. Both tools were reviewed and validated by expert judges. Collected data for each variable will be analyzed and visually represented through graphs and tables using the SPSS software. Additionally, the relationship between variables will be evaluated using the Spearman correlation test.
