Relación de la tolerancia al ejercicio y la capacidad respiratoria en trabajadores asistenciales de un centro materno infantil – Lima 2024

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se centra en la relación que existe entre la tolerancia al ejercicio y la capacidad respiratoria en el personal de Salud de un Centro Materno con el objetivo de determinar la relación de ambas variables. Se realizará pruebas para hallar los valores, en caso de la tolerancia al ejercicio se evaluará mediante el STST de 1 minuto y la capacidad respiratoria mediante pico flujo espiratorio, los datos serán recolectados en una ficha de evaluación que ha sido validada por juicio de expertos. La investigación será de tipo aplicado y correccional, el método es hipotético deductivo y el enfoque será cuantitativo.

This research focuses on the relationship between exercise tolerance and respiratory capacity in healthcare personnel at a Maternity Center, with the objective of determining the relationship between both variables. Tests will be performed to obtain the values; exercise tolerance will be evaluated using the 1-minute STST, and respiratory capacity using peak expiratory flow. The data will be collected on an evaluation form that has been validated by expert review. The research will be applied and correlational, the method will be hypothetical-deductive, and the approach will be quantitative.
