Implementation of ict tools to improve the degree of optimization of organizational communicatio

Abstract

In educational institutions, communication is a vital element, which requires a functional dynamic and in accordance with the needs of the population and the number of students. The most used channels for teacher-parent communication are the students themselves, who on multiple occasions break it. Looking for tools that replace the traditional channel and help all the organizational communication of the school, InCSEI is presented, which allowed to identify the degree of improvement for the optimization of organizational communication, at the Gustavo Rojas Pinilla IED General School, in the city of Bogotá, in the year 2019. After its application, an analysis is carried out that includes descriptive statistics for the characterization and one-dimensional analysis of the variables; in turn, inferential statistics approaches for hypothesis testing, contrast analysis, variables, with the use of the software: the SPSS version 25, the Epi info, and the Gpower, version 3.1.9.2. It is possible to demonstrate the parents' perception with the use of the tool and their satisfaction in improving organizational communication.

En las instituciones educativas, la comunicación es un elemento vital, que requiere de una dinámica funcional y acorde con las necesidades de la población y el número de estudiantes. Los canales más utilizados para la comunicación docentes – padres son los propios estudiantes, quienes en múltiples ocasiones la rompen. Buscando herramientas que reemplacen el canal tradicional y ayude a toda la comunicación organizacional de la escuela, se presenta InCSEI, que permitió Identificar el grado de mejora para la optimización de la comunicación organizacional, en el Colegio General Gustavo Rojas Pinilla IED, en la ciudad de Bogotá, en el año 2019. Posterior a su aplicación se hace un análisis que comprenden la estadística descriptiva para la caracterización y análisis unidimensional de las variables; a su vez enfoques de la estadística inferencial para el testeo de hipótesis, análisis de contraste, de variables, con uso de los softwares: el SPSS versión 25, el Epi info, y el Gpower, versión 3.1.9.2. Se logra evidenciar la percepción de los padres con el uso de la herramienta y la satisfacción de estos en el mejoramiento de la comunicación organizacional.
